Rigid Panel Containment System and Related Methods
20180251975 · 2018-09-06 ·

A containment system may include four different widths of panel assemblies, at least four different types of corner assemblies, various types of door assemblies, multiple types of three-way corners or T intersections, multiple types of exhaust panel assemblies, multiple types of wall seal assemblies, and other components that form a modular system capable of adapting to various configurations using a minimal number of fasteners, brackets, and/or clamps. Each panel assembly includes a lower assembly, an upper assembly slideably attached to the lower assembly, at least one adjustment mechanism that interfaces with both the lower assembly and the upper assembly, and a sealing member extending between the upper assembly and the lower assembly.

Device, system and method of interconnecting doorways
10036197 · 2018-07-31 · ·

A doorway interconnection and method of creating an airtight seal between two doorways includes a first temporary membrane creating an airtight seal on a first doorway and a second temporary membrane creating an airtight seal on a second doorway and a gasket between the two doorways, and vents and valves to place and remove a sterilizing fluid in the inter-doorway volume. Such a system may be used to attach a sterile modular building unit to a sterile facility without losing the sterility of either the facility or the module building unit. Access to the membranes may be from one direction only. The gasket may provide motion and sound isolation between. Additional elements limit relative motions between the first and second doorways.

Separation panels in food production

A building includes a building shell, a moveable interior wall, and a feature grid. The building shell includes a first divider guide and a second divider guide. The moveable interior wall is configured to couple to only one of the first divider guide or the second divider guide at a time. When the moveable interior wall is coupled to the first divider guide, a first building layout including a plurality of first building layout rooms is provided and when the moveable interior wall is coupled to the second divider guide, a second building layout including a plurality of second building layout rooms is provided. The feature grid provides a feature layout for features such that each room of the plurality of first building layout rooms and the plurality of second building layout rooms contain an appropriate subset of the features regardless of a location of the moveable interior wall.

Method and system for providing a movable privacy curtain support beam

A movable curtain support system and method may include a movable support beam with two ends and a material hanging on the movable support beam. The system also may include two stationary beams as well as a trolley coupled to each end of the movable support beam and each stationary beam. The trolley may include at least two wheels and a plate. The plate may space apart two sets of wheels. The system may further include a spacer plate that is coupled to the two stationary beams. The spacer plate may be coupled to a vertical rod for suspending the system from a ceiling. The hanging material may include a curtain. The system may further include a third stationary beam positioned adjacent to the two stationary beams and for supporting another curtain. The curtain may be coupled to the movable support beam by a hook.
