Structural wall panel system
11840836 · 2023-12-12 ·

A structural panel system formed from a substrate (such as cement board or paper) and structural metal studs (such as lightweight galvanized steel members), where the metal studs are embedded within an insulating core that is formed onto the substrate, where the metal studs are gapped from the inner surface of the substrate to prevent thermal energy from transferring from the substrate to the metal stud or vice versa. In addition, parallel assembly slots may be formed in the gap at the top and bottom ends of each panel assembly to provide connective access to the top and bottom ends of the metal studs for structural connection to the foundation at the bottom or other overhead structure at the top via connective components. The connective components include a bottom U-channel member and a top U-channel member that are configured to fit into the parallel assembly slots.

Two-piece track system

A fire-rated receiver channel includes at least one intumescent or other fire-resistant material strip. The receiver channel can nest with a framing member, such as metal tracks, headers, header tracks, sill plates, bottom tracks, metal studs, wood studs or wall partitions, and placed at a perimeter of a wall assembly to create a fire block arrangement. In other arrangements, a track assembly includes two nested tracks, an inner track and outer track. The assembly is designed so that the outside width of the outer track is equal to or less than the outside width of the inner track to present a substantially flush external surface for attachment of exterior sheathing elements when the assembly is used in an external wall.

Corrugated bridging member

A building connection between a plurality of vertical wall studs made with one or more bridging members to brace the wall studs. The one or more bridging members are formed with mounting sections that are received in openings of the wall studs and the mounting sections are bracketed by end sections where bridging members can overlap. The bridging members interface with the web of the wall studs to brace them.

PARTITION WALL STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SAME

A partition wall has a structure with a wall end portion butted against another building structure and exposed to architectural spaces. An end post at the end portion of the wall is constituted from first and second end post elements, which are spaced apart from each other, so that a gap or an isolation zone interrupting a propagation of a solid vibration or insulating a path for propagating the solid vibration is formed between the first and second elements. An interior finishing panel for defining the architectural space on one side of the wall is fixed to the first element and the interior finishing panel for defining the architectural space on an opposite side of the wall is fixed to the second element.

Drift track

A connection between supporting and supported structural members, particularly between curtain walls and interior support structures, wherein the connector is a member having first portion and a second portion joined at a junction and the second portion is formed with a plurality of elongated slots and the connector rides in a track attached to the first structural member.

DEMOUNTABLE MODULAR WALL STRUCTURES

Modular structures for creating functional spaces are disclosed herein. The modular structures can include partitions, such as walls, storefronts, and/or doors that can be easily assembled in a desired space and selectively paired together to create a desired floorplan suitable for the environment. These modular structures can be used together to create a suitable layout for a co-working space, an office environment, a school, a hospital, a laboratory, a factory, and various other indoor spaces.
