FRAME AND INSULATION PANEL SYSTEM
20230055360 · 2023-02-23 ·

A modular form system for constructing insulated concrete walls comprises spaced apart vertical frame members which include retention structures allowing for the insertion of spaced-apart rows of insulated panels to form an internal cavity into which concrete may be poured. The retention structures may include flanges on the periphery of the frame members and plates positionable in opposition to the flanges. The insulated panels are retained between the flanges and the plates.

Composite subgrade formwork and method of use
11525260 · 2022-12-13 · ·

The disclosure presents a formwork system which utilizes Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) panels to create modular segments to form and reinforce concrete subgrade structures. The segments may be rearranged and bonded together to conform to intended dimensions of many subgrade structures. The segments are manufactured by cast molding, bonding or vacuum forming. The segments may include integrated FRP stanchions to prevent deflection of the panels during concrete placement. The stanchions also may be used for positioning structural steel or FRP rebar. FRP bars are permanently bonded to the interior sides of the panels inside the segments. In use, the assembled segments are filled with concrete. After the concrete is cured, the segments remain in place and function as external protection and reinforcement for the cured concrete.

Reconfigurable composite floor formwork and method of use

The disclosure presents a reconfigurable composite floor formwork which defined by a plurality of interlocking fiberglass panels formed into profiles which may be moved and adapted to provide a concrete form for a floor or ceiling. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

Panel attachment structure

A panel attachment structure including a panel assembly having a channel member including a channel therein. The panel assembly further includes at least one reinforcing member directly or indirectly coupled to the channel member, and an insert assembly including an insert portion. The insert portion is configured to be closely slidably received in the channel member in an insertion direction, and the insert assembly is configured to be coupled to an underlying support structure.

A MODULAR STRUCTURAL SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
20220220733 · 2022-07-14 ·

A modular structural system, comprising one or more building units consisting of two counter mold partitions, each of which is adapted with one or more anchoring means, into which one or more connecting locks are engaged to firmly lock and stabilize the two counter mold partitions, where each of the two counter mold partitions is peripherally adapted to receive one or more affixing coupling means; two or more coupling means for affixing two of the one or more building units; two or more coupling means for affixing the one or more building units to an adjacent building element.

Method of constructing hollow wall structure

A method of constructing a hollow wall structure comprising: a step (A) of constructing a grout wall mold; a step (B) of grouted a curable liquid material into the grouting space; a step (C) of removing the first template wall and the second template wall so as to produce a semi-finished hollow wall having the Styrofoam board; and a step (D) of removing a semi-finished hollow wall having the Styrofoam board so as to obtain a hollow wall having a communication space. The communication space has an inflow conduit and a connection channel.

MOLD-IN-PLACE CONCRETE FORMWORK

A plastic formwork is disclosed, and comprises a slurry-receiving structure, wherein the slurry-receiving structure defines an aperture and a formwork-defined internal space, wherein a slurry is receivable within the formwork-defined internal space. The formwork further comprises a formwork-defined first connection system counterpart and a formwork-defined second connection system counterpart, each of which includes a sealed interface-effecting portion that is supported by a substrate portion. The material of the sealed interface-effecting portion is softer than the material of the substrate portion. The formwork is connectible to another formwork via interlocking engagement with effect that an obtained aperture and an obtained internal space are obtained, wherein a slurry is receivable within the obtained internal space. The interlocking engagement is with effect that sealing engagement is effected between the sealed interface-effecting portions of the formwork and the another formwork such that sealed interfaces are obtained between the formwork and the another formwork.

CONCRETE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION USING SUPPORTED, FILLABLE STRUCTURES
20220243452 · 2022-08-04 ·

A building structure assembly for use with constructing buildings (e.g., dwellings, offices, and so on) is described. In some embodiments, the building structure assembly includes a fillable container structure formed of a drop stitch fabric or material, and a removable shoring structure configured to position the container structure in a desired configuration when filled by building material, such as cement or concrete. In some cases, the container structure can include reinforcement components, which move into suitable positions when the container structure is filled with the building material.

CONCRETE FORM ASSEMBLY
