Minimal mullion faÇade assembly
Provided is a curtain wall assembly including a first panel, and a second panel that is adjacent to the first panel. The curtain wall assembly includes a first attachment member attached to the first panel, and a second attachment member attached to the second panel. Each of the first attachment member and the second attachment member include at least one fin, and the first attachment member is secured to the second attachment member at the fin.
Facade panel system and method of erecting a multi-storey structure and facade
A facade assembly for a vehicle parking structure comprising a facade panel arranged to form part of an exterior of the structure. The facade assembly includes at least one support member extending inwardly of the panel and into the structure in use for connection with a floor of the structure. The support member is arranged to include one or more attachments.

DUAL GASKET ASSEMBLY FOR SEALING PANEL-TO-PANEL JOINTS
A dual gasket assembly suitable for sealing an abutment joint between two wall panels, the dual gasket assembly comprising a support coupling, a compressible interior gasket, and a compressible outer weather gasket, the support coupling comprising a base, the top surface of the base having at least one gutter channel for directing water, the top surface further having an interior gasket support and an exterior gasket support, the interior gasket support and the exterior gasket support separated by the at least one gutter channel, the compressible interior gasket attached to the interior gasket support and the compressible outer weather gasket attached to the exterior gasket support; and the bottom surface of the base having a contact area for stabilizing the support coupling on an edge face of one of the two wall panels, the bottom surface further having an attachment area for attaching the support coupling to said edge face, the attachment area being at least one surface, projection, or cavity.
Process for assembling a unitized panel for use within an exterior dynamic curtain wall assembly
A box assembly includes a box, a door, an opener, and an insulation material. The box is configured to be installed on a curtain wall. The door encloses an interior space of the box. The opener is configured to open the door. The insulation material is in a compressed state in the interior space when the door is closed. The insulation material is configured to transition to an uncompressed state when the opener opens the door. When the door is opened, the insulation material at least partially extends from the interior space into a safing slot adjacent the curtain wall when the box is in an installed state and the door is opened.

BUILDING FACADE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF FORMING A BUILDING FACADE
A building facade system which comprises a frame to support a building facade panel, a unified vertical shear blade anchor, a vertical mullion and an angled anchor member. The unified vertical shear blade anchor has a body portion and a flange extending horizontally therefrom. The flange has top and bottom surfaces with the bottom surface having serrations. The vertical mullion is secured by a shear connection to the vertical shear blade anchor. The shear connection between the vertical mullion and the vertical shear blade anchor is formed by a fastener which extends through side portions of the body portion and vertical mullion. The angle member has first and second flanges each having proximal ends joined together and opposing terminal ends. The second flange has a top surface with upwardly projecting serrations. The upwardly projecting serrations are configured for engagement with the downwardly projecting serrations of the vertical shear blade anchor.
Process for assembling a fireproof system within a stick build exterior dynamic curtain wall façade
An approved dynamic construction is used for effectively thermally insulating and sealing of a safing slot between a floor of a building and an exterior wall construction. The exterior wall construction includes a curtain wall configuration defined by an interior wall glass surface, including one or more aluminum framing members. In particular, a process is useful for assembling a fireproof system within a stick build exterior dynamic curtain wall façade, which includes glass, especially vision glass extending to the finished floor level below.
MODULAR CURTAIN WALL AND INSTALLING METHOD FOR THE SAME
A modular curtain wall and an installing method for the same are provided. The modular curtain wall comprises a steel structure module, a curtain wall module, and a first waterproof member. The steel structure module includes a steel structure body and a mount, and the curtain wall module includes a curtain wall body, a hook, and a first seal. When the hook is hung on the mount, the relative position between the curtain wall body and the steel structure body is adjustable in a front-back direction, the left-right direction, and an up-down direction of the steel structure body. In this way, it is possible to shorten the construction period and to reduce the construction costs, while achieving fully prefabrication of the steel structure module and the curtain wall module of the modular curtain wall, with convenient installing.
Wall connection system
A wall connection system is disclosed, which includes a horizontal building frame component with a first vertical face that has a first slot. The system further includes a prefabricated wall structure with a plurality of parallel studs and an elongate member connect to each stud. The elongate member has a second vertical face with a second slot and is parallel to the first vertical face. The long axis of the first slot is perpendicular to the long axis of the second slot. A fastener assembly connects the horizontal building frame component to the wall structure, through the slots.
