This document discusses, among other things, unitized curtain systems and methods related to the fabrication and installation of curtainwalls. A curtainwall unit may comprises a frame including a horizontal gutter, a horizontal sill, a first vertical mullion between a first end of the horizontal gutter and a second end of the horizontal sill, and a second vertical mullion between a second end of the horizontal gutter and a second end of the horizontal sill. The horizontal gutter may include a rear channel extending across the horizontal gutter, and at least one protected horizontal channel at least partially beneath the rear channel, the rear channel having at least one opening to the at least one horizontal gutter. Each vertical mullion may include a protected vertical chamber having an opening to the at least one protected horizontal channel.

A floor to wall connector is provided. The floor to wall connector comprises a wall bracket and a floor bracket. The wall bracket includes a floor receiver. The wall bracket is configured to connect to a wall panel. The floor bracket includes an opening. The floor bracket is configured to connect to a floor panel. The floor receiver of the wall bracket is configured to insert into the opening of the floor bracket thereby connecting the wall panel to the floor panel. A floor and wall system including the floor to wall connector and a method of connecting a wall panel to a floor panel via the floor to wall connector is also provided.

The invention relates to a building (1), in particular a multistory building,

which has a supporting structure (5), and a facade (3) which is operatively connected to the supporting structure and exposed to the wind, wherein the facade (3) has a plurality of facade elements (7), wherein the facade elements (7) are designed to move relative to the supporting structure (5) in reaction to a torsion of the supporting structure (5). It is proposed that at least some facade elements (7) are operatively connected to a number of dampers (13), wherein the dampers (13) are designed to damp a movement of the facade elements (7) relative to the supporting structure (5).

The invention relates to a building (1), in particular a multistory building,

which has a supporting structure (5), and a facade (3) which is operatively connected to the supporting structure and exposed to the wind, wherein the facade (3) has a plurality of facade elements (7), wherein the facade elements (7) are designed to move relative to the supporting structure (5) in reaction to a torsion of the supporting structure (5). It is proposed that at least some facade elements (7) are operatively connected to a number of dampers (13), wherein the dampers (13) are designed to damp a movement of the facade elements (7) relative to the supporting structure (5).

The several or at least one of the bearing bodies (4) are or is attached axially fixed exclusively to tension elements (3) oriented vertically in the support structure (2).

A curtain wall panel mounting system comprises a ball anchor seated in a spherical cavity or a cylindrical cavity with plugs nearly abutting the ball of the anchor. A stem extends from the ball to connect to the wall panel. Under seismic stress, the ball may swivel within the cavity so as to pivot the anchor, allowing the attached wall panel to angle itself to accommodate the stress.

The exterior wall construction includes a curtain wall configuration defined by an interior wall glass surface, including one or more aluminum framing members. In particular, a process is useful for assembling a fireproof system within a stick build exterior dynamic curtain wall façade, which includes glass, especially vision glass extending to the finished floor level below.

A façade structure and/or wall structure for a building which includes tiles (1) and a support structure (2), in which the tiles (1) are received oriented in each case in the vertical plane. The support structure (2) has taut tension elements (3). The tiles (1) received in the support structure (2) are mounted in a weight-supporting manner and/or held locked by means of one or more of the allocated tension elements (3), directly and/or via bearing bodies (4) attached to the tension elements (3). The several or at least one of the tiles (1) are or is allocated in each case at least one holding element (5). For anchoring to the tile (1), the holding element (5) has at least one anchoring portion that can be anchored in a receiver (1hn) of the tile, and/or cooperates with an anchor (6) received in a receiver (1hn) of the tile (1), and wherein the holding element (5) has at least one tension element gripping portion for gripping on at least one of the tension elements (3) allocated to the tiles (1).
