Decking Fastening and Water Draining System
20170226750 · 2017-08-10 ·

A system for a waterproof deck may include connecting members, gaskets, and deck boards. The deck boards may be secured to a decking frame via the connecting members. The gaskets may be attached to the connecting members between the boards to create a waterproof seal. The system may also include draining devices to guide water to a desired location. A method for assembling the waterproof decking system.

SYSTEM FOR SECURING SLATS FOR FORMING A RAISED FLOOR OR DECK
20170254077 · 2017-09-07 ·

The system for removably securing slats juxtaposed to form a deck, for example for a terrace, includes fasteners disposed in rows on level floor or joist or beam structure supports oriented perpendicular to the axis of the slats. The fasteners have a device for securing the supports to the slats. A plurality of impermeable channels is disposed parallel for a level floor, or at a rate of one impermeable channel for each joist or beam support. The top surface of the support, a device for removable securing and a device for positioning provided on the profiled section are covered. The fasteners are made of a flexible elastic material, and the device for positioning allows clearance in a direction of an axis of the channel.

REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE OVERHEAD LAYER

The present disclosure relates to a field of construction engineering, and in particular to a reinforcing structure of a concrete overhead layer before a building expires. The reinforcing structure of the concrete overhead layer includes supporting structures, connecting structures, and metal members; wherein the reinforcing structure is configured to reinforce a concrete floor slab and/or a concrete beam; through holes are disposed on the concrete floor slab; each of the supporting structures passes through each of the through holes and the supporting structures are configured to support the concrete floor slab and/or the concrete beam; and each of the connecting structures is configured to fix each of the supporting structures on each of the metal members; each of the metal members is disposed on each of the through holes.

STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND ASSEMBLY OF STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS
20210388612 · 2021-12-16 ·

A structural support includes a first side-wall, a second side-wall, a first planar wall, and a second planar wall. The structural support further includes internal walls that are disposed between the first side-wall and the second side wall, and extend from a first inner surface of the first planar wall to a second inner surface of the second planar wall. The first side-wall, the second side-wall, the first planar wall, and the second planar wall define connector components. The internal walls define a plurality of channels between the connector components.

Tile and support structure

In one aspect of a tile and support structure, a support structure may be engaged with a top portion of a pedestal. The support structure may be formed with a generally vertical spine having at least one rail extending outward from a distal end thereof. The spine and rail(s) may be configured to secure one or more tiles, which tiles may be formed with a groove on at least one edge thereof, and wherein one or more rails may be positioned within the groove.

PANELIZED STRUCTURAL BUILDING SYSTEM

One variation of a panelized structural building system includes, a set of wall panels, each including: an outer face; a set of hardpoints, each arranged proximal a corner of the outer face, defining a lateral wall panel datum facing outwardly from a side of the wall panel, and defining an exterior façade mount facing outwardly from the outer face; and a load-bearing structure extending between the set of hardpoints and inset from a maximal wall panel perimeter defined by the set of hardpoints; wherein the set of wall panels are assemblable into a wall with lateral wall panel datums—defined by hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—abutting to laterally space the set of wall panels along the wall. The system also includes a set of exterior façade panels configured to install onto exterior façade mounts—defined hardpoints in adjacent wall panels—to conceal outer faces of these wall panels.

Modular Slab, Slab System, Piles and Methods of Use Thereof
20220205240 · 2022-06-30 ·

A modular slab, slab system, piles and methods of use thereof are described along with specific applications and methods of manufacture. The slab or slab system may be pre-insulated and pre-finished before being assembled on site. The slab system may be advantageous to use as a replacement for traditional in-situ poured building foundations. The slab system may also have uses in other fields such as for floors, roads, bridges, pavements/side walks and other civil and structural applications.

Tile and support structure

In one embodiment of a tile and support structure, the tile and support structure may be configured to engage a tile such that the tile is oriented in a generally vertical plane. The support structure may include a riser tile engaged with both an upper riser support structure and a lower riser support structure.

JOIST RECEIVING METAL FITTING, FLOOR STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR BUILDING FLOOR STRUCTURE
20220195715 · 2022-06-23 ·

A joist receiving metal fitting, a floor structure, and a method for building the floor structure are provided that are configured to prevent contact between the joist and the joist receiving metal fitting even when the joist is fixed to a floor base panel in advance and building is performed. Each of the joist receiving metal fittings includes fixing portions configured to be fixed to a side surface of each of the floor beams and a receiving portion projecting horizontally from the floor beam to receive an end portion of each of the joists. The receiving portion has a bottom plate on which a bottom surface of the joist is to be placed, the pair of side plates rising from both side edges of the bottom plate, and bulging portions that are formed at respective upper ends of the side plates and bulge in directions where they approach each other.

Hidden fastener assembly for attaching grooved deck members

A hidden fastener assembly facilitates the attachment of grooved deck members to a joist. A body has an upper platform and a lower reference surface and is traversed by a central opening. A pair of tongues project from the body and are positioned and configured for reception in the grooves of the deck members. A pair of legs straddle the joist to aid in positioning. A fastener received in the opening and driven into the joist secures the deck members to the joist at a desired spacing. The fastener assemblies may be collated for usage in automatic driving tools.
