Prefabricated concrete floor structure

A precast concrete floor panel having stems molded in a mold with stem mold cavities and a deck. The deck can be formed in the same mold that includes the stem mold cavities or the concrete for the deck can be poured and cured on-site after the stems have been removed from the mold. The mold can include mold segments made from an insulating material that can remain attached to the stems to insulate the finished floor panel.

PRECAST RADIANT FLOOR MODULES AND FLOOR SYSTEMS

A precast floor system and precast radiant floor modules provide an alternative to conventional radiant systems that are installed in the field. Radiant circuits are embedded in concrete floor planks when they are precast, thereby forming precast radiant floor modules. The radiant circuits can be pre-configured into multiple temperature-controlled zones in the floor plank. The precast floor system is assembled by arranging ribbed and non-ribbed precast radiant floor modules in an alternating configuration where non-ribbed precast radiant floor modules are supported along their edges by the ribs on the ribbed precast radiant floor modules.

PRESTRESSED CONCRETE

An object to provide a prestressed concrete that can be widely used for general building members, in which a chemical stress induced by an expansive material and a mechanical stress induced by a continuous fiber reinforcing wire are simultaneously used together, and due to a synergistic effect of the mechanical stress and the chemical stress, the strength is increased, the reduction in weight, reduction in thickness, and suppression of cracking are achieved, and the degree of freedom in design increased. To provide a prestressed concrete characterized in that, in a concrete into which a prestress is introduced, a mechanical stress induced by a tensional material and a chemical stress induced by an expansive material for a concrete are introduced simultaneously into the concrete, the tensional material is a continuous fiber reinforcing wire, the expansive material for a concrete is contained in an amount of 5 to 30 kg/m3, and aluminum oxide contained in an amount of 0.2 to 2.0% by weight to the expansive material.
