The present invention provides an improved louvered panel assembly comprising at least a first louver and a second louver with a control arm extending between each of them and each presenting a central receiver configured for receipt of a first bearing surface configured for rotation of them about a rotational axis extending through each of them. A leading projection extends from the first louver and is configured for downward rotation as the first louver operates between an open and a closed position. A trailing projection extends from the second louver, the trailing projection configured for upward rotation as the second louver operates between an open and a closed position the trailing projection presenting an upper channel which is adapted for receipt of a sealing membrane. An engaging structure is presented by said leading projection and said trailing projection which at least partially seals the panel assembly with the sealing membrane while the first and second louvers are in the closed position.

The gazebo can include one or more of the following: side gutter beams, end gutter beams, gutters, securing bars, reversible spacers, securing screws, louver slats, louver-slat-rotation receiving holes, cradle axels, and open cradles, to name a few. The gazebo can be economical to produce, easy to ship, and easily and quickly assembled.

Freestanding enclosed office with wall support structure

A system for creating an enclosed room, such as an office, in an open space that has a floor and a ceiling. The system includes a support frame that is self-supported on the floor of the open space. The support frame includes a series of head rails supported by a series of vertical columns resting on the floor. The vertical columns support a series of wall panels and the head rails support a ceiling such that the ceiling is supported by the support frame independent of the wall panels. The ceiling of the enclosed room is created by a series of ceiling panels and at least one air intake panel and at least one air exhaust panel. The air exhaust panel includes an exhaust fan that removes air from within the enclosed room and draws fresh air into the enclosed room. The ceiling can include a plurality of adjustable louvers and lighting.

The control system comprises an actuator (40) for moving the cover portions between the open and closed positions, a mains power supply input, and an emergency power store. The control system is configured to receive one or more signals indicative of an emergency, to power the actuator from the mains power supply when the signals indicate there is no emergency, and to power the actuator from the emergency power store when the signals indicate there is an emergency.

A roof sheeting anchoring system is disclosed including a channel assembly, a pair of anchoring bodies, and a foot. The channel assembly includes a plurality of fastener holes. The anchoring bodies include a flat and tapered end connected to truss-anchor hooks. The anchoring bodies are each removably insertable into the channel assembly. The foot is rotatably affixable to both of the bodies at the attachment points. Each foot includes at least one fastener hole. The roof sheeting anchoring system securely attaches a roof structure to a truss to prevent separation between the roof and the truss. The method of using a roof sheeting anchoring system is included.

Sealing louvers for roof structures

Louvered roof systems are provided with one or more louvers. Such louvers can be combined in an assembly that is movable between an open condition and a closed condition. In the closed condition, louvers in the assembly engage one another. In such engagement, a leg extending generally transversely from one louver may include a wing that extends generally transversely to the leg and that abuts a surface of an adjacent louver. Additionally or alternatively, in such engagement, a leg extending transversely from one louver may be received in a notch in an adjacent louver. An end cap can include a downwardly extending flange that directs liquid flow from a louver's top surface and past its bottom surface to form droplets or streams to fall from a lower part of the flange and prevent travel of the liquid flow along the bottom surface of the louver.

LOUVERED PATIO COVER

This disclosure relates to a louvered patio cover. The louvered patio cover may comprise a frame with support beams, louvered panels, support beam couplers, an actuator, a gutter, and/or other components. The support beams may have angled ends. The louvered panels may be rotatably coupled to the support beams. A support beam coupler may comprise first and second receivers. The first receiver may be configured to receive an angled end of a first support beam, and the second receiver may be configured to receive an angled end of a second support beam. The angled ends of the first and second support beams may face, meet, and/or abut each other when received by the first and second receivers. The actuator may be configured to rotate the louvered panels. A gutter may comprise a lighting channel configured to hold a light source for lighting an area under the louvered patio cover.

RETRACTABLE ROOF WITH FOLDABLE CEILING

The present invention provides a sidewall system and a collapsible building using the system thereof. The sidewall system has a fixed wall, a sidewall, and a single-side eave system that has an eave panel that can be unfolded and folded along with the movement of the sidewall automatically. A collapsible building with two sidewall systems and a sliding, retractable roof is also provided. The collapsible building can create an enclosed space easily and quickly. To solve the above problems, the present invention is proposed. A retractable roof with a foldable ceiling is provided. The roof can be used on some expandable structures such as recreational vehicles or mobile houses. Compared to the traditional sliding roof, this invention combines a foldable ceiling inside the roof. The ceiling can split the roof and room which offer a better thermal insulation function.
