Connection clip for securing a panel to a support grid
The present disclosure relates generally to a connection clip for securing a panel to a support grid, for example, suitable for securing a wood grille panel to a ceiling grid. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a connection clip including a body having a base with a width extending between opposing first and second lateral edges and first and second arms extending upward respectively from the first and second lateral edges of the base so as to form a cavity configured to receive a structural cross member of the panel. Engagement lips extend laterally inward from an upper end of each arm and are configured to grip respective first and second flanges of a grid member of the support grid so as to secure the panel to the grid member. Each of the first and second engagement lips span a substantial majority of the depth of the connection clip.
ASSEMBLIES FOR SUSPENDING CEILING PANELS
An assembly for suspending ceiling panels, having a frame and suspension members for suspending the frame from a structure, the frame having intersection members and support members extending therebetween, each support member being for supporting a respective side of the ceiling panel, and wherein the ends of the support members are configured to engage with engageable portions provided circumferentially about each of the intersection members.
CEILING SYSTEM
Described herein is a ceiling system that includes a spring clip for mounting ceiling panels equipped with torsion springs to a ceiling support grid, the clip comprising: a body including a mounting portion defining a downwardly open receptacle configured for attachment to a ceiling grid support member; a pair of lateral flanges extending outwards from the mounting portion, at least one of the flanges including a slot configured to engage a torsion spring; a pair locking tabs disposed on the spring clip, the locking tabs configured to engage opposing sides of the grid support member.

Suspended ceiling system, securing members, and process of installing a suspended ceiling system
Disclosed is a suspended ceiling system, a securing member, and process of installing a patterned suspended ceiling system. The suspended ceiling system includes a grid system having first members and second members, and at least one substrate which extends below the grid system. The at least one substrate has an exposed surface and a concealed surface, and the at least one substrate has first sides and second sides which extend between the exposed surface and the concealed surface. Securing members attach to the concealed surface proximate the first sides, and the securing members have grid engagement members which secure the at least one substrate to the grid system. The securing members cooperate with the first members and the second members of the grid system to properly position the substrate and the spacing between adjacent at least one substrates is controlled.

Ceiling systems
A ceiling system in one embodiment includes an overhead support grid comprised of a plurality of intersecting grid support members and a ceiling tile mountable to the grid. Retaining clips support the ceiling tile from the grid which may be concealed from view. The retaining clips each include a cavity that receives a grid support member and a pair of resilient mounting elements configured to lockingly engage a support member. The mounting elements are laterally movable in response to inserting the support member into the cavity of the retaining clip. In one embodiment, the movable elements include locking tabs which create a snap-fit interlock with the grid support member for securing the ceiling tile to the grid.
