Control tube bearing assembly
Disclosed herein is a control tube bearing assembly comprising in one example a main body having an outer surface, a longitudinal axis, a radial axis; and an actuator sleeve radially exterior of the main body longitudinally repositionable thereto. The actuator sleeve in use is grasped by a user and repositioned relative to the main body so as to actuate tape dispensing, mastic dispensing, creasing components, and/or tape cutting components or a taper as desired.
MASONRY BUILDING BLOCKS AND BUILDING SYSTEM THEREOF
This invention involves three masonry units that can aid in materializing masonry construction of better quality. The masonry units include the CMH-4, the CVMH-8 and the SNH-4. The CMH-4 includes cells that permit interior wall cavities that can help include larger piping inside walls as well as horizontal piping for sanitary ventilation without losing the traditional way of installing CMU's or interrupting the typical and usually recommended running bond. The CVMH-8 permits the cutting of the unit in different shapes, of which one can be used as framework. The SNH-4 is a concrete unit that can be used as a planting wall, that aids in openings without windows or doors and that is compatible in dimensions with other CMU's. The three units are compatible with existing masonry units, permitting their mixed use according to design needs.
PLASTIC BUILDING BLOCKS
A modular plastic building block for constructing a continuous wall of a structure is provided. The modular block has body that is rectangular or L-shaped depending on the position of the block within the desired structure. Each end of the modular block has a connecting member, either a male or female connecting member configured to connect to a respective female or male connecting member of an adjacent modular block. The modular block includes a pair of locking channels having at least one locking groove enabling a user to lock adjacent modular blocks vertically using a locking member. The modular plastic building block is designed for inexpensive building construction, while still providing efficient insulation and a sturdy base due to the density of plastic as the structure is mostly solid. A conduit may be provided to allow for electrical and plumbing connections within the blocks. In some instances, recycled plastic is used.
BLOCK FOR USE IN AUTOMATED BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
The present disclosure relates to the building industry and in particular to a block for use in automated building construction. In one aspect, the block comprises a generally cuboid body having a top and a base, a length extending between a pair of opposed ends, and a width extending between a pair of opposed sides; the body including a plurality of hollow cores extending from said top to said base, and arranged in a row between said opposed ends; wherein each core has a rectilinear cross-sectional shape; and wherein the thickness of the block between each pair of adjacent cores is at least double the thickness of the block on all other sides of each core, so that the block is divisible into a plurality of substantially identical block portions, each portion including four walls of substantially uniform wall thickness about its core.
ALTERNATIVE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM WITH ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS MANUFACTURED WITH RECYCLED PLASTIC AND THE FORMULATION OF THE MATERIAL THEREOF
The herein application discloses an alternative construction system for buildings, facilities, accessories and products, with architectural elements of easy assembly, manufactured with recycled plastic improved materials, as well as the formulation of the material thereof.
Components for masonry construction
A component is a building block having a pair of parallel load-bearing concrete side walls separated by a gap and joined by crossed metal ties which bridge the gap. The outer faces of the side walls can be covered with a decorative finish such as stone. The blocks have an added end wall which enables pillars to be built. The method of casting the blocks utilizes a collapsible metal mold which permits the side walls to be stepped.
Precast block and installation system for construction of walls and slabs
Precast blocks with a rectangular or quadrangular prism shape contain a normal weight hydraulic concrete casing, lightweight concrete or similar material, for building walls or slabs. The steel-reinforced blocks for walls, mezzanine or rooftop slabs have the length of the wall or slab to build. An acoustic, thermal-insulating lightweight material housed in the interior simultaneous provides for blocks sufficiently lightweight to transport and install manually on-site. For walls, the blocks are tongued and grooved on the top and bottom sides and placed horizontally one on top of the other using block or similar adhesive therebetween. In the corners or T intersections, blocks are alternatively placed and form armed headframes for stability and resistance. For blocks for slabs, the tongue and groove system is on the sides, installed one beside the other, using block or similar adhesive therebetween. Transversal rods to the slab are placed to avoid temperature retraction.
RECYCLABLE BUILIDNG BLOCK AND BUILDING SYSTEM USED FOR CONSTRUCTING BUILDING
A corner block and a building system used for constructing a building are disclosed in the present invention. The building system includes: an inner face, an outer face, an upper face having a base face and a projection protruding upward from the base face, wherein the projection extending longitudinally for the entire length of the upper face; a lower face having a complementary groove for interlocking with the projection of a cooperating interengaging building block; a first end; a second end; each of the first end and the second end has a header face, which is substantially one of a planar face, a male header face and a female header face, the male header face of the building block interlocking with the female header face of a cooperating interengaging building block; the cooperating interengaging building block is substantially similar to the building block.
INTERLOCKING CONSTRUCTION BLOCK
An interlocking construction block having a predefined finish, suitable for the construction of buildings and featuring elements that allow the passage of pipes, ducts or iron rods inside it, enabling construction to be carried out more efficiently, with the consequent reduction in labor and material requirements.
CONSTRUCTION BLOCK
A construction block (100) including a rigid outer shell (106) and a thermally insulating insert (112). The outer shell (106) defines a pair of outer shell side elements (114, 116) extending substantially vertically and substantially parallel to each other and at least one outer shell transversal element (132) extending between the outer shell side elements (114, 116). The outer shell side and transversal elements (114, 116, 132) are hollow and together define an outer shell cavity (110) delimited by the outer shell (106). The insert (112) is contained inside the outer shell cavity (110).
