Systems and Methods of Concrete Apparatus with Incorporated Lifter
20200123794 · 2020-04-23 · ·

Systems and methods for a concrete apparatus with incorporated lifter are provided. A concrete apparatus is formed by placing a reinforcement system in a mold. The reinforcement system comprises a lifter. Concrete is poured into the mold such that the lifter protrudes from the poured concrete. After the concrete has hardened and the mold is removed, the lifter is used to carry and position the concrete apparatus. After the concrete apparatus is positioned, the lifter is removed at the circumference of the concrete apparatus leaving no holes, thereby eliminating water leakage due to lifting methods.

IMPROVEMENTS TO A VENTILATED REINFORCED-CONCRETE WALL MODULE FOR CONSTRUCTING BUILDINGS IN GENERAL AND RESPECTIVE INDUSTRIALIZED CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM

A ventilated wall module (10) of the type used in civil construction for a range of buildings using pre-fabricated components, such as one-storey homes, large houses, houses, schools, hospitals, industrial sheds, inter alia; the wall module (10) includes a pair of panels (20A) and (30A) that are produced independently of one another by automated, robotic equipment (E1), based on large moving metal surfaces (M1) that slide on rails (T1); said mechanized method (M1) developed for the production of the panels (20A) and (30A) includes an industrialized construction system (SC) for producing each wall module (10) comprising the combination of the coordination and compatibilization of the designs to be implemented with the pre-installation of the complementary components such as electrical boxes (c1) or other necessary elements.

Autoclave aerated concrete structures with embedded hangers and connectors

The present invention pertains to an element of an autoclave aerated concrete (AAC) material having a web of a second material different from AAC embedded therein and generally centrally disposed in a depth dimension of the element and between two planar faces and the second material supporting hardware for connecting the element to other structures.

Prefabricated masonry walls

A hollow prefabricated masonry wall panel is made at a fabrication site and is configured for transportation to a build site. The hollow prefabricated wall panel has a base row and an upper row formed of hollow blocks. A slit is formed in the top of each of the two side walls of the hollow blocks of the base row and upper row, the slit having a width no larger than 20% a width of a side wall. Provisional reinforcement is provided within each slit with a bonding material, a size of the slit and the provisional reinforcement configured to provide tensile strength during transportation of the hollow prefabricated wall panel from the fabrication site to the build site. At least one mid-row is laid between the base row and upper row so the hollow cavities are aligned to preserve hollow wall cavities that can accept code required reinforcement once transported to the build site.

A FRAMED ELEMENT AND ITS USE
20200002946 · 2020-01-02 · ·

A framed element includes an insulating core layer, an upper surface layer arranged on the insulating core layer, a frame structure including frame profiles which have been arranged to form at least part of the outer edges of the element and elongated support profiles in the length and/or width direction of the element. The insulating core layer is made of foamed glass or a combination of lightweight aggregates and a fire-retardant resin. The element further includes an elastic sealing compound arranged at least partly between the core layer and the upper surface layer of the element.

COMPOSITE TILT-UP PANEL
20190383045 · 2019-12-19 ·

Composite precast concrete panels are described herein having have an anchor that distributes forces imposed on the anchor through concrete wythes of the panels. Specifically, pins can be embedded in at least one concrete wythe, and then the anchor is secured to the wythe as described herein. The anchor extends through another Wythe to selectively connect to a hoist system that moves and places the composite precast concrete panel. The forces imposed on the anchor are distributed through the pins and into multiple concrete wythes to prevent failure of the composite precast concrete panels and improve safety.

INSULATING PANEL FOR CONSTRUCTION WITH GRAB SURFACE
20240191498 · 2024-06-13 ·

Disclosed is an insulating panel for construction with improved adhesion, lightweight and self-supporting, which can be used as a constructive and protective element of walls, infill walls, floors, and subfloors in damp environments, such as bathrooms and saunas, being suitable for supporting the laying of tiles directly applied on it and with a high resistance to tearing. It is made up of a central layer in an insulating foamed and damp-resistant material, such as XPS or EPS polystyrene or expanded polyurethane, and of a particular coating with high resistance to the passage of vapour and without cement, which is joined to said central layer on both outer faces forming a symmetrical sandwich structure, wherein at least the coating on the front side has the external surface scratched so as to optimize the grab to common glues or cement mortars for ceramic tiles.

Reusable lifting apparatus for insulated precast concrete sandwich panels
10287785 · 2019-05-14 · ·

A reusable lifting apparatus includes a first mount assembly embedded within a first layer of a concrete sandwich panel and a second mount assembly embedded within a second layer of a concrete sandwich panel. The reusable lifting apparatus includes a lifting insert insertable within a void in one or more insulation layers between the first layer and the second layer. The reusable lifting apparatus includes a lifting bolt couplable to at least one of the first mount assembly, the second mount assembly, or the lifting insert through a hole in the first layer. The lifting insert is pivotable within the void about an axis through the lifting bolt. The lifting insert and the lifting bolt are removable from the concrete sandwich panel so as to eliminate thermal bridging between the first layer and the second layer via the lifting insert and the lifting bolt.
