WALL PANEL CLIP
The disclosure relates generally to methods, systems, and apparatus for assembling prefabricated wall panels, such as prefabricated wall panels constructed with a layer of insulation coupled to a pre-formed metal layer, with a wall panel fastening system. An insulated wall panel system, includes a first wall panel having an extended portion, a second wall panel having a recessed portion configured to receive the extended portion of the first wall panel. The wall panel system also includes a wall panel clip disposed between the first wall extended portion and the second wall panel recessed portion, the wall panel clip including a first web member and a second web member extending at an angle from the first web member, the first web member having a first end portion, a second end portion and a middle portion disposed between the first and second end portions, the second web member having a first end portion, a second end portion and a middle portion disposed between the first and second end portions. The wall panel system further includes that the first web member middle portion includes a through hole extending therethrough and the first and second end portion of the second web member each including a through-hole extending therethrough. The wall panel system further includes an internal fastener configured to connect at least one of first end portion or the second end portion to a portion of the second wall panel and the second wall panel to a building support structure. The wall panel system also includes a face fastener extending through the first wall panel and into the wall panel clip to secure the first wall panel to the second wall panel.
PANEL
A floor, wall or ceiling panel comprises a core and a decorative top layer provided on the core. The core comprises a magnesium oxide-based board material, and wherein the aforementioned panel, on at least two opposite edges, is provided with coupling means allowing that two of such panels can be interlocked at the respective edges.
WALL ASSEMBLY, COMPONENTS, AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURE AND INSTALLATION THEREOF
Aspects of the present invention relate to a wall assembly for mounting a wall in a residential or commercial building space. The wall assembly has a wall body having an upper region configured to be laterally supported at one or more upper surfaces thereof to maintain the wall body in a substantially upright position, and a lower region configured to be laterally supported at one or more lower surfaces thereof to maintain the wall body in a substantially upright position. The wall assembly further has at least one lateral support comprising an engagement portion configured to engage the one or more upper surfaces of the upper region or one or more lower surfaces of the lower region of the wall body. The wall body has a unitary body having a molded material.
Modular Floor Platform
A modular floor platform includes a floor made of a plurality of individual composite floor panels interconnected by tongue and groove joints. The individual composite floor panels have a foam core and a rigid cover over the foam core. A frame attaches the floor panels together along a perimeter of the floor. Legs beneath the frame and upwardly support the floor.
Multi-purpose structural panels and systems for assembling structures
The present invention is directed to a multi-purpose panel member which may be utilized as any surface or support beam in a structure. In a preferred embodiment, the panel may be extruded monolithically from aluminum. Also disclosed are systems for assembling structures from the panels utilizing a plurality of other components, which are also preferably extruded from aluminum.
CONNECTOR & BUILDING SYSTEM
A building system including a plurality of building panel members having elongated slots upon a top surface and four side surfaces thereof, and a plurality connector members having a bowtie cross-sectional shape and adapted to slidably and snugly fit within the elongated slots to thereby releasably connect the plurality of building panel members together to form a variety of structures.
INTEGRATED COMPONENTS AND SERVICES IN COMPOSITE PANELIZED BUILDING SYSTEM AND METHOD
Systems and methods are described herein for a composite building panel for use in a panelized structure. In some aspects, a composite building panel may include: a core defining a channel formed via subtractive manufacturing; a utility conduit placed or formed in and bonded to the channel and enclosed by the core, where the utility conduit exits the core along a first mating edge of the core; and first and second skin elements bonded to the core to form a layered structure. In some cases, the layered structure may also include a reinforced block coupled to at least the first fiber-reinforced skin element and defining part of the first mating edge, where the reinforced block defines a first portion of the first mating edge for mating with another composite building panel of the panelized structure.
WALL ELEMENT, WALL SECTION COMPRISING SAID WALL ELEMENT AND A METHOD FOR BUILDING SAID WALL SECTION
A wall element including upper and lower elements at upper and lower edges. A first side element extending along the first side, a second side element extending along the second side and a substantially rectangular board are present. The upper and lower elements include a first edge coinciding with the first side and a second edge coinciding with the second side, wherein the first and second edges are arranged in an angle with respect to a plane perpendicular to the outer surface, the angle lies within the interval 20°-45°, and the first and second side elements extending parallel to the plane, perpendicular to the board and having a total extension corresponding to the extension of the upper and the lower element in the plane, wherein the first side element bear against the plate and the second side element extend from the inside of the wall element.
TONGUE-AND-GROOVE PANEL FOR IMPROVED INTERPANEL FIT
A building-construction panel includes a tongue on one edge and a groove on an opposite edge that receives the tongue of an adjacent panel. A shoulder on the tongue-side edge defines an abutted surface that is contacted by an abutting surface on the groove-side edge to limit panel travel during installation and maintain a gap between upper edge portions of the adjacent panels. A bottom transition is formed on the groove-side edge so that the groove-side abutting surface is smaller than the tongue-side shoulder abutted surface. In this way, the relatively smaller groove-side abutting surface structurally maintains the gap but also minimizes frictional interpanel contact area to minimize squeaking. And the relatively larger tongue-side shoulder abutted surface helps keep the shoulder from being collapsed into the groove from overdriving the panels together during installation. In typical embodiments, the panel is a high-performance structural wood subflooring panel.
MEGAMODULE PANEL SYSTEM
The Invention is a panel of modular pieces that can be assembled into a series of different useful objects that include a chair, table, wall, car chassis and a series of additional items that efficiently accomplish desired outcomes without the need for tools, nails or significant additional pieces. One side of the panel is fully flat to allow for smooth outward facing surfaces on constructions, while the other side has holes that can be used to affix knobs, secure the panels to each other to secure them in a manner that accomplishes a useful purpose with modular poles, snaps, hinges and bearings.
