The semi-finished product made of metal (1) according to the invention is characterized in that it is designed as one piece and predetermined sections (2) are structured and predetermined sections are non-structured, wherein at least one non-structured section (4) is designed as a connecting region for positive or non-positive connection or for connecting by bonding. Furthermore, methods for producing the semi-finished products according to the invention are provided.

PREFABRICATED STRUCTURAL BUILDING PANEL
20170306624 · 2017-10-26 ·

A load bearing building panel having a first sheet intended to provide an inner building surface, a second sheet intended to provide an outer building surface, and an insulating foam core sandwiched between them. The sheet that provides the inner building surface is corrugated to define co-planar portions separated by a plurality of channels which are dimensioned so as to be able to accommodate standard size electrical boxes and/or plumbing pipes. Advantageously, the other sheet is also corrugated to define a plurality of channels so that a plurality of panels can be stacked in a partially nesting relationship.

Panel and Method for Fabricating, Installing and Utilizing a Panel
20170335567 · 2017-11-23 · ·

The insulating barrier of a panel including has a first stratum and a second stratum, each having a plurality of ridges that face each other, and run athwart of each other. Clearance between at least some adjacent pairs of the ridges provide a mechanical chase that reaches across at least most of the panel. A cladding overlaying at least one side of the insulating barrier is denser than the barrier. The mechanical chase is in the form of a groove through which a utility feed can be routed when the panel is to be mounted in a building.

Acoustic panel having lighting properties

The invention provides an acoustic panel comprising a plurality of parallel-arranged elongated cavities, wherein each cavity has a first cavity wall and a second cavity wall tapering to a cavity back end and defining a cavity opening angle (γ) having a value in the range of 0°<γ<90°, wherein the first cavity wall and the second cavity wall comprise a light-reflective material, wherein each elongated cavity at the cavity back end of the elongated cavity accommodates a light source having a light exit surface, wherein the first cavity walls hide the light exit surfaces of the light sources when the acoustic panel is viewed along a normal to the acoustic panel, and wherein the acoustic panel further comprises sound reducing material.

Construction element with pre-pressed boards

A construction element includes superposed wooden structural boards that are provided with grooved patterns at the contact interface between the boards in order to prevent the first board and the second board from sliding relative to each other along at least one axis. The construction element further includes a retention system for retaining the boards against each other at the contact interface. The grooved patterns are pre-pressed against each other and the retention system includes at least one metal threaded rod component at least partially passing through at least two of the wooden structural boards at the contact interface.

A PREFABRICATED WALL PANEL FOR UTILITY INSTALLATION

An example apparatus is disclosed that may be a utility panel that may include an exterior panel, a plurality of studs coupled to the exterior panel, a hat channel coupled to the plurality of studs opposite the exterior panel, wherein the hat channel is perpendicular to the studs, and an interior panel coupled to the hat channel opposite the plurality of studs. An example method is disclosed for coupling a wall panel to a beam.

MULTIPLE SUPPORT WALL STRUCTURE

A multiple support wall structure according to the present invention includes: a pair of top and bottom support plates that has a plurality of rectangular projective islands separated by lattice-shaped projections protruding in the shape of a go board, and protruding upward in the opposite direction to the lattice-shaped projections; and a intermediate reinforcing plate that is disposed between the top and bottom support plates, has upward projective insertions protruding in a shape corresponding to the rectangular islands to be fitted in the rectangular islands of the top support plate, has top grooves formed laterally and longitudinally between the upward projective insertions to fit the lattice-shaped projections, has downward projective insertions formed in the same shape as but in the opposite direction to the upward projective insertions in spaces diagonally adjacent to the upward projective insertions, and has bottom grooves formed laterally and longitudinally between the downward projective insertions.

BLOW-MOLDED PLASTIC STRUCTURES

A large, thin, generally planar panel constructed from blow-molded plastic may include a first surface, a second surface, and a hollow interior portion disposed between the first and second surfaces. The panel may include a nominal panel thickness (PT), which may be the distance between the first surface and the second surface, and a nominal wall thickness (WT), which may be the thickness of the outer wall of the blow-molded plastic structure. A plurality of depressions may be integrally formed in the second surface and a nominal distance (D) separating adjacent depressions may be measured from an edge of one depression to an edge of the adjacent depression. The relationship between the nominal panel thickness, the nominal wall thickness, and the nominal distance between adjacent depressions is shown by the equation WT.Math.PT.Math.D≦0.030.
