A concrete panel board is provided. The panel board includes: a substrate board; a primer layer applied to the substrate; a thinset mortar layer applied to the primer layer; a plaster layer applied to the thinset mortar layer; and a sealant layer applied to the plaster layer.

An interface for mounting interchangeable components and systems and methods implementing the same, including reconfigurable modular wall systems having a plurality of different types of interchangeable wall modules with different types of compatible connection components, each connection component being configured to align with another connection component at an interface to form an interface connection for securing the connection components together with one or more universal connection interface members. The interface is configured for on-demand reconfiguration without laborious alteration to aspects of the walls system, modules, and components thereof. Reconfiguration of modules is facilitated by removing the universal connection interface member from the interface connection, thereby releasing the attachment mechanism and allowing rearrangement of the module(s). Replacement of the universal connection interface member secures the reconfigured modules in place in the rearranged wall system.

Improvements in machine walls to construct a building or house is disclosed. Adjacent side of the wall sections are tapered and dovetailed that lock-in-place. The dovetails are spaced to reduce the height that one section must be lifted to engage in an adjoining wall section. The footers/base plate will also have integrated earthquake or hurricane hold-downs in the footer/base plate that aligns and can be secured from the foundation to the wall sections. The connection of the wall section to the foundation to have counter flashing at the concrete insert and the wall-to-wall sections can be self-flashed. The wall sections can have GPS locators for positioning the wall sections. Plumbing and electrical conduit creating circuits that can be integrated into the walls and are connected sealed or bonded together.

Foam wall structures and methods for making them are described. The wall structures include a frame, a mesh mechanically fastened to a front surface of the frame, a foam panel at least partially abutting and overlying the mesh, and a foam layer disposed in a cavity defined by the frame, the mesh, and the foam panel. Buildings that include such wall structures are also described.

A barrier system for partitioning a space is formed by panels which interlock with each other to provide a barrier that is fire rated. The interlocking panels are assembled in the barrier in columns which include at least two panels. A first horizontal joint between two panels of the barrier in a first column is vertically offset from a horizontal joint between two panels of the barrier in a second column that is adjacent to the first column at a vertical joint. Each panel is made of a laminated structure including a supporting frame around a core layer, barrier layers on opposed surfaces of the core and skin layers on the barrier layers. Tongue and groove construction interlocks the panels and a locking structure formed by a tapered hook in the groove engaging into a slot of the tongue locks horizontally adjacent panels to each other.

Systems and methods of constructing a single-story building utilizing a plurality of prefabricated insulated panels, each of the plurality of prefabricated insulated panels comprising a first cementitious layer, a second cementitious layer, and an insulative core, wherein the insulative core is disposed between the first and second cementitious layers. The systems and methods comprise constructing a building foundation and constructing the single-story building on said foundation, the building comprising an exterior wall supported by at least said building foundation using a first plurality of the prefabricated insulated panels, the first plurality of panels forming the exterior wall disposed on an outer perimeter of the building and a roof supported by at least said exterior wall using a second plurality of the prefabricated insulated panels, the second plurality of panels forming the roof enclosing a top of the single-story building.

A wall of a building includes a wall body that is recessed to form multiple installation spaces, and a water supply unit that is disposed inside the wall body, and that includes multiple water pipes connected to the installation spaces and multiple actuated valves mounted to the water pipes. Each of the actuated valves, when opened, allows flow of water supplied via one of the water pipes to an installation space. The wall further includes a power supply circuit and multiple power units. Each of the power units includes a power storage module, a battery management system, and an emergency module. The battery management system controls a corresponding actuated valve to open when an operating value is higher than a predetermined value. The emergency module controls the corresponding actuated valve to open when the emergency module loses connection to the battery management system.

Wall blocks, veneers, veneer connectors, walls, and methods of constructing walls are provided. More particularly, the invention relates to constructing walls in which a veneer panel is attached to a wall block with a connector and in which the front faces of the veneers have a desirable texture.

A wall panel of a moveable and demountable frameless wall panel system that is secured between a floor of a room and a ceiling rail secured to a ceiling of the room. The wall panel includes a frameless panel, an upper clamp assembly, a ceiling track configured to be removably inserted into the ceiling rail, a lower clamp assembly, a first height adjustment mechanism secured to the lower clamp assembly, a second height adjustment mechanism, and a bottom floor channel receiving the first height and second height adjustment mechanisms.

A panel system configured to be attached to vertically adjacent panels systems includes a frame having a top track, a bottom track and a plurality of generally vertical members extending between the top track and the bottom track. The panel system also includes at least one exterior finish component operably attached to the frame; and a plurality of alignment assemblies operably attached to the frame. Each alignment assembly has a lower fixing plate having an alignment pin extending upwardly therefrom, the lower fixing plate being operably attached to the top track of the frame; and an upper alignment plate being operably attached to bottom track of the frame and having a hole formed therein, wherein the alignment pin of the lower fixing plate is configured to be received by the upper alignment plate attached to a vertically adjacent panel.
