PANEL FOR A FLOOR OR WALL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ONE SUCH PANEL
Panel for a floor or wall comprising a first board (2), a second board (3) and an intermediate third board (4) fitted between the first and second boards (2, 3), the intermediate third board (4) comprising a thermal insulating material, the first and second boards (2, 3) comprising a material that is able to harden in which organic elements of vegetal origin (5) are sunk.
Modular Floor Platform
A modular floor platform includes a floor made of a plurality of individual composite floor panels interconnected by tongue and groove joints. The individual composite floor panels have a foam core and a rigid cover over the foam core. A frame attaches the floor panels together along a perimeter of the floor. Legs beneath the frame and upwardly support the floor.
Multi-purpose structural panels and systems for assembling structures
The present invention is directed to a multi-purpose panel member which may be utilized as any surface or support beam in a structure. In a preferred embodiment, the panel may be extruded monolithically from aluminum. Also disclosed are systems for assembling structures from the panels utilizing a plurality of other components, which are also preferably extruded from aluminum.
HUMIDITY AND SAG RESISTANT BUILDING PANEL
Described herein is an stain and sag resistant acoustic building panel comprising a porous body formed from building material and latex binder, wherein the building material may include fibers and filler and at one of the building materials has been pre-treated with a charge-modifying component, thereby enhancing the sag-resistance of the building panel.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONSTRUCTING A MULTI-STOREY BUILDING
Example systems and methods of constructing multi-storey buildings utilizing a plurality of prefabricated insulated panels, each prefabricated insulated panel comprising a first cementitious layer, a second cementitious layer, and an insulative core, wherein the insulative core is disposed between first and second cementitious layers. The systems and methods comprise constructing a building foundation and constructing a plurality of storeys on said foundation. Each storey may comprise a plurality of prefabricated insulated panels forming a load-bearing exterior wall disposed on an outer perimeter of the storey. Each storey may comprise a plurality of prefabricated insulated panels forming core walls, wherein the first and second cementitious layers of the core wall panels comprise a fire resistant material. Each storey may comprise a plurality of prefabricated insulated panels forming demising walls. Each storey may comprise a plurality of prefabricated insulated panels forming corridor walls. Each storey may comprise a plurality of prefabricated insulated panels forming a floor. The systems and methods further comprise constructing a roof on top of the last storey thereby constructed, the roof comprising a plurality of prefabricated roof panels.
COMPOSITE WALL PANEL, WALL SYSTEM AND COMPONENTS THEREOF, AND A METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A composite wall, ceiling or floor panel (10), system and method, including a sheet (14) having a first face (18) including at least one first mounting portion (16), and at least one formwork member (20) with at least one second mounting portion (30) arranged to engage with the first mounting portion of the sheet to retain the sheet and said at least one formwork member together. Structural support comes from piers (for a wall) or beams (ceiling or floor) formed in the spacing between adjacent formwork members. The formwork members act as the core of a wall, ceiling or floor panel. An external coating (123) is applied to the formwork members, such as spray shotcrete or render. Channels (28) formed by the formwork members defines integrated ducting for services to be run.
PREFABRICATED FLOOR PANEL, CONSTRUCTION AND METHOD THEREFOR
There is provided a prefabricated floor panel (101) for use with a supporting structure (103) including a floor member (105) the floor member (105) defining a floor surface (107) and being adapted to engage with an adjacent similar floor panel (101) and at least one or more strengthening beams (109) configured to engage with the supporting structure (103) in use to support the prefabricated floor panel (101).
Reinforced water-resistant board with traffic coat
A reinforced water-resistant board includes a cover board with a reinforced water-resistant membrane applied to a surface of the cover board. The reinforced water-resistant membrane includes a primer layer, a reinforced membrane, a traffic coat, and a sealing layer. The primer layer is applied over the surface of the cover board. The reinforced membrane includes fleece soaked in a liquid resin and is applied over the primer layer. The traffic coat is boned to the reinforced member. The sealing layer is applied over the traffic coat.
Floor panel
In a floor panel provided with upper and lower members which have concave spaces and side surfaces having heights and are formed as a box shape, and structured such that the upper and lower members are combined up and down so as to communicate the respective concave spaces so as to form an internal space in an inner portion, the floor panel has a joint portion in which height leading end portions of the side surfaces of the upper and lower members are folded so as to enwrap each other so as to be connected, and the joint portion is arranged in a height midstream portion of the side surface of the floor panel, and is arranged at a position which is retreated to an inner side of the floor panel in relation to the side surface in both height end sides of the floor panel.
STRUCTURAL INSULATED SHEATHING PANEL AND METHODS OF USE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Structural insulated wall and roof sheathing systems for use in building construction designed to provide a structural building envelope that is moisture permeable but protects from bulk water, excess air, and thermal transfer.
