SEGMENTAL DUCT COUPLER DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
Segmental duct coupler devices, systems, and methods are provided herein. A duct coupler device can include a single, discrete body of material for welding to a duct segment. A system, including a duct segment having a duct coupler device welded thereto, is provided. The connection or points of connection between the duct coupler device and the duct segment in the system are devoid of internal and/or external seals. The duct coupler device and system can be cast in concrete. Multiple concrete segments can be assembled together to form a bridge, a roadway, a building, a slab, or any other structure.

Matchcast coupler ring for segmental construction
An article for connecting couplers during formation of matchcast concrete segments with an annular member with an outer surface, a first edge and a second edge opposite the first edge. A first slot formed in the outer surface opens to the first edge and extends angularly inwardly therefrom. A second slot is formed in the outer surface in spaced relation to the first slot and opens to the second edge and extends angularly inwardly therefrom. The first slot has a rectangular portion with a side opening to the first side of the annular member and a groove extending angularly from an opposite side of the rectangular portion. The second slot has a rectangular portion with a side opening to the second side of the annular member and a groove extending angularly from an opposite side of the rectangular portion.
A REINFORCEMENT SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF REINFORCING A STRUCTURE WITH A TENDON
A reinforcement system for anchoring tendons for structural reinforcing a structure such as a concrete structure, said reinforcement system comprises at least one anchor and at least one tendon, said anchor is adapted to fix said tendon in and/or outside said structure, wherein said reinforcement system comprises a ductility element, which is positioned in structural connection between said tendon and said anchor, said ductility element comprising weakened deformation zones being deformable so that the length of the ductility is increased or decreased in an axial direction along the length of said tendon.

Sealing connector for post tensioned anchor system
A sealing connector cover for a tendon in an encapsulated post-tensioning reinforcement system includes a plurality of circumferential cover segments each comprising a circumferential part of a female connector housing at one longitudinal end, and a male connector housing at another longitudinal end. Each segment has a locking element to engage a corresponding locking element on a longitudinally corresponding segment. Each circumferential segment comprises a circumferential part of a locking element in the female connector housing configured to engage the male connector housing of a longitudinally adjacent sealing connector cover or a connector on an encapsulated anchor.

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS OF STRUCTURES WITH EMPTY SEGMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM OF STRUCTURES WITH EMPTY SEGMENTS
The present invention relates to an industrialized construction process of at least part of a structure (1) to be constructed, by applying it, for example, to bridge decks, in which the filling material (8) is poured in situ on empty segments (3) prefabricated ex situ.
The construction process according to the present invention comprises the prefabrication of empty segments (3) including the assembling of steel reinforcement elements (9) and assembling fixing elements (4) whereby these comprise rigid elements (22) and at least part of the moulds (13), which occur at a location (5) ex situ, for example at the factory, construction site or at a place close to the works front line; transport and placement of the empty segments (3) in the final position in the structure (1); the operation of pouring the filling material (8); consolidation or curing of the filling material; prestressing the structure (1), if applicable; removal of the moulds (13) and fixing elements (4); followed by the start of the next cycle, if applicable.
The present invention also relates to a construction system adapted for carrying out a construction process of a structure (1) to be constructed.
