CONNECTOR FOR AN AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE
An agricultural vehicle includes: a chassis; a tank carried by the chassis; at least one meter module coupled to the tank, the at least one meter module having at least one gate; a gate control link coupled with the at least one gate of the at least one meter module; a control rod carried by the chassis; and a connector coupling the control rod to the gate control link at a connection interface such that movement of the control rod controls an open state of the at least one gate of the at least one meter module, the connector having a frangible portion adjacent the connection interface, the control rod and the gate control link uncoupling from one another upon a breaking force causing the frangible portion to break.
AUTOMATICALLY DETECTING OR ESTIMATING MATERIAL DELIVERY DELAYS AND MACHINE CONTROL
Material is metered by a meter into a delivery conduit from a tank and delivered to a tool on an agricultural machine. A sensor detects when the material arrives at the tool. A delay time is detected between when the meter is activated and when the sensor detects the material. The agricultural machine is controlled based on the delay time.
AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT WITH ACOUSTIC/VIBRATION SENSOR AND SIGNAL PROCESSING SYSTEM
An acoustic or vibration sensor is disposed relative to a portion of an agricultural machine. A sensor signal generated by the acoustic or vibration sensor is provided to a signal processor that identifies acoustic signatures or vibration patterns to determine a blockage characteristic responsive to material moving through a material delivery system on the agricultural machine.

Large sealing lid with slides and lock
A closure assembly includes a tank opening flange that surrounds a tank opening of a supply tank and a tank lid that covers the tank opening. The tank lid is operable between open and closed positions. A compression seal is attached to an underside of the tank lid and is disposed between the tank opening flange and the tank lid when the tank lid is in the closed position. A pair of guides are attached to opposite sides of the tank opening flange wherein each of the pair of guides defines a track opening to receive a plurality of sliding mechanisms attached to the tank lid. The track opening guides the sliding mechanisms and the tank lid around the tank opening flange such that the compression seal does not engage the tank opening flange when the tank lid is operated between the closed and open positions.

The present document discloses a meter housing for feeding granular or powdered material. The meter housing comprises a meter space with a material inlet and a material outlet, and a wall portion extending between the material inlet and the material outlet. The wall portion has substantially the form of a cylinder sector. The wall portion has a scraper part, which extends substantially parallel to a central axis of the cylinder sector.
System and method for operating a material metering system of an agricultural implement
A method for controlling a material flow rate from a metering system of an agricultural system includes receiving at a controller, a weight of a material in a storage tank. The method also includes receiving, at the controller, a volume of the material in the storage tank. The method also includes determining, via the controller, a density of the material in the storage tank using the weight of the material in the storage tank and the volume of the material in the storage tank. The method further includes determining, via the controller, a calibration of the metering system based on the density of the material in the storage tank.
Dual Function Applicator System and Machine
An illustrative embodiment of a dual applicator machine having a dual applicator system may be configured through adding a dry product delivery system to an existing agricultural sprayer having a liquid product delivery system. The dual applicator machine may include a liquid product delivery system and a dry product delivery system that allow each separate system to perform either individually and independently or simultaneously. An illustrative embodiment of a dual applicator machine may be configured as a high-clearance agricultural sprayer having a frame, a cab, and a boom positioned in front of the cab. The dual applicator machine may be configured with liquid product tank(s) and powered by wheels attached to the frame via wheel mounting beams. The dual applicator machine may also include a dry product tank and a dry product meter system in fluid communication with both the dry product tank and a dry product delivery tube.
Spreader with Side Clasps
A peat moss and top-dressing spreader with side clasps designed to help distribute peat moss, compost, and other top-dressing materials with ease and efficiency. The spreader features a rotating drum that holds the material and a mesh-diamond cage barrel for optimal filtration, breaking up material clumps, and quick, consistent, and even distribution of top-dressing material. The perforated barrel design allows small substrate amalgams to escape and fall to the ground for even distribution. The side clasp design on either side of the barrel drum enhances the functionality of the tool by increasing the durability and efficiency of the substrate contained within the barrel.
CONTROLLING AND COMMUNICATING MATERIAL CONVEYANCE FROM A TENDER VEHICLE TO AN AGRICULTURAL WORK MACHINE
A tender vehicle transfers material from the tender vehicle to an agricultural work machine. The amount of material transferred is measured and the tender vehicle automatically communicates the amount of material that was transferred to the agricultural work machine. The amount of material to be loaded into the tender vehicle, prior to delivering the material to the agricultural work machine, can also be calculated and used in loading the tender vehicle with the desired amount of material.
