Multipurpose anchor

An anchor for supporting a reinforcing mesh includes an elongated bar having a predetermined length. A cap is mounted on the elongated bar and includes a mounting section with an opening for receiving the elongated bar and a clip section extending from a side of the mounting section and including a flexible slot configured to receive a section of a reinforcing mesh therein.

Reinforcement positioner with clip

A system including a reinforcement positioner having a body with a longitudinally-extending spine and a plurality of legs coupled to the spine along a length thereof and at least partially extending away from the spine. The positioner further includes an opening or recess positioned in the body, and a clip configured to be received and retained in the opening or recess.

Chair for supporting reinforcing elements

A concrete chair elevates rebar above an underlying surface. The chair includes a rectilinear rim having a length, width and height of different distance. The rim may be oriented so each side abuts the underlying surface so rebar can be supported at three different heights above the underlying surface. In a foundation pour, the chair supports rebar at three different elevations. In a tilt wall pour, the chair supports rebar at three different elevations and produces a mark on the cured wall of considerably reduced extent.

A plurality of identical slab bolster uppers each include a body with a rebar contact surface separated a height distance from a ground contact surface along a vertical axis. The rebar contact surface extends from a first end to a second end along a horizontal axis. The first end terminates in a planar abutment surface that is one side of a thickness profile, and the second end has a different shape that includes a planar abutment surface, and a snap-fit connector shaped to receive the thickness profile of the first end. Two slab bolster uppers may be moved from a disconnected configuration to a connected configuration exclusively responsive to sliding the planar surfaces along one another while in contact along a vertical axis until the thickness profile of the one slab bolster upper is received in the snap-fit connector on the other slab bolster upper.

SLAB FILLERS AND METHODS FOR IMPLEMENTING FILLERS IN TWO-WAY CONCRETE SLABS FOR BUILDING STRUCTURES
20210317659 · 2021-10-14 ·

A slab filler, and method for implementing fillers in a two-way concrete slab for building structures, are disclosed. The filler comprises an upper keeper tray and a lower keeper tray, and a volumetric filling element. The upper keeper tray is attached to a top of the volumetric filling element and the lower keeper tray is attached to a bottom of the volumetric filling element. The filler comprises a plurality of indicators positioned on all corners of the keeper tray to indicate an amount or level of a concrete fed on the filler. The filler further comprises grooves at an end of the spacer, configured to securely hold one or more belts. Spacers and belts are configured to receive one or more rebar. Further, the volumetric filling element is a high-density material, where the filler is incorporated without upper keeper tray and lower keeper tray.

A central rod passes through a form-board. A first disc is attached to a first end of the central rod. The first disc abuts to a first side the form-board. A second disc is attached to the central rod between the first end of the central rod and a second end of the central rod. The second disc abut to a second side of the form-board opposite the first side. A third disc, attached the second end of the central rod, is configured to receive a rebar rod.

Formwork Restraint

In one arrangement, shown in FIG. 1, there is provided a formwork restraint for a reinforcement bar. The formwork restraint includes a restraint portion for receiving the reinforcement bar. The formwork restraint further includes a support portion adapted to connect the restraint portion to a reinforcing formwork arrangement to maintain a desirable relationship between the reinforcement bar and the reinforcing formwork arrangement.
