At least one first vertical member having an upper portion and a lower portion wherein the lower portion has at least one first horizontal member extending away from the at least one first vertical member. At least one vertical second vertical member extends vertical from the at least one first horizontal member. At least one second horizontal member extending from the at least one first upright member on the upper portion and at least one third vertical member extending from the at least one second horizontal member and at least one third horizontal member extending from the at least one third vertical member wherein the at least one third horizontal member forms a shelf with at least one gutter.

HOOK AND FLEECE ROOFING SYSTEM WITH ROLLED UP ADHESIVE RELEASE LAYER AND METHOD OF APPLICATION

A hook and loop system for attaching a roofing membrane into the top of a building insulation board including a roofing membrane with a fleece backing having a release sheet on the fleece backing. The release sheet is manually removed in the field to attach the fleece backing directly onto a layer of hooks that have been pre-attached onto the top of the insulation board. The release layer may be somewhat sticky, yet not adhere too tightly to the fleece layer such that its removal does not damage the fleece backing. The release layer may also be pre-rolled together with the fleece backed roofing membrane and shipped together as a unit into the field.

Foam Backed Panel Anchored to a Frame
20190226212 · 2019-07-25 ·

A foam backed panel comprised of a cladding with polyurethane foam is anchored to a frame by an anchor embedded in the foam and straps attaching the anchor to frame members. The anchored frame enables 100% continuous insulation since it eliminates nails and other fasteners that cause thermal bridges. Anchors also increase a panel's uplift resistance and may be used to attach roof panels to trusses. This all results in a stronger, better insulated structure.

EXPANDABLE BUILDING SYSTEMS
20180142460 · 2018-05-24 ·

The present disclosure describes an expandable residential dwelling unit and a set of modular, prefabricated components which can be built offsite, shipped to site, and assembled. The prefabricated components and expandable dwelling unit enable faster, and more cost effective method for adding additional square footage onto a residential dwelling unit. These prefabricated wall components attach to the existing dwelling unit via mechanical connections that maintain a constant thermal and water barrier. Multiple preferred aspects are described herein.

INSULATED MODULAR ROOF SYSTEM
20180038109 · 2018-02-08 ·

In one aspect there is provided an insulated modular roof system for a roof structure. The system comprises a plurality of modular panels suitable for installation onto the roof structure and a water-proof membrane. Each of the plurality of modular panels comprises a first planar member, an insulating layer covering substantially all of the first planar member and a second planar member suitable to cover substantially all of the insulating layer. Preferably, the system further comprises a joint closure member and a joint fill material suitable to fill any empty space between any abutting modular panels. The water-proof membrane may be provided in sections on each of the plurality of modular panels.

MAGNETICALLY ATTACHED BUILDING COMPOSITE

A magnetically attached building composite containing at least a first building component and a second building component. The first building component has an upper surface and a lower surface, where the lower surface of the first building component comprises magnetizable or magnetically responsive materials. The second building component has an upper surface and a lower surface, where the upper surface of the second building component is adjacent the lower surface of the first building component, and wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the second building component comprise magnetizable or magnetically responsive materials. At least one of the lower surface of the first building component and the upper surface of the second building component comprise magnetizable materials.
