20250122726 · 2025-04-17 · ·

The invention provides a detailing process with waterproofing membrane parts and prefabricated accessories which includes below steps: place the first layer membrane on the base template while the edge of the first layer membrane beveled; place the edge of the second layer membrane partially overlapped with the edge of the first layer membrane and then fix the position, and place the membrane edge with bevel to the surface of the second layer membrane fittingly; the edge of the second layer is beveled; and the second bevel is directed towards the direction of the first layer membrane. Press together and make the second chamfered surface fixedly connected to the surface of the first layer. The waterproofing parts connection based on this process has high structural strength, a more complete and unified appearance, improves the waterproofing performance of the parts and accessories, and significantly enhances the service life of the membrane.

Roof mounting system

A roof mount assembly mounts a structure to a roof having a rafter and a substrate supported by the rafter. The roof mount assembly includes a piece of flashing positioned on the substrate. The flashing includes a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface and an aperture extending through the flashing. A fastener extends through the flashing aperture. A bracket is connected to the flashing via the fastener, and the bracket is sized to support at least one roof-mounted structure on the roof. A seal is positioned between the flashing aperture and the fastener. The seal is sized to form a water-tight seal with the aperture to inhibit flow of fluid through the aperture. The seal includes a first portion and a second portion, in which the first portion is positioned to abut the flashing first surface and the second portion is positioned to extend through the aperture.

ROOFING MATERIAL, AND ROOF SYSTEM INCLUDING THE ROOFING MATERIAL

A system including a first roofing material installed on the roof deck; a second roofing material installed on the roof deck, adjacent to the first roofing material, where the second roofing material includes: a first layer comprising silicone; and a first substrate, where the first layer partially covers a surface of the first substrate, thereby to provide at least a first area of the surface of the first substrate not covered by the first layer, where the first roofing material overlaps at least a portion of the first area; and a flashing material including silicone, where the flashing material covers a portion of each of: the first roofing material, and the first layer of the second roofing material.

A roof top curb lineset portal assembly and method are provided. The portal assembly consists of a portal curb cover, a comb and a top. The curb cover engages a roof curb and defines an opening. The top comprises a roof and two sidewalls. The roof comprises a peak and a sloped roof panel extending downwardly and outwardly from the peak. The side walls face each other and have lower connection sections that are releasably connected to the curb cover. The side walls have lower edges that extend outwardly and upwardly from the connection sections. The comb has at least three fingers defining multiple slots and the fingers extend away from and upwardly from the opening, and are configured so that there is a seal between said comb and said sidewalls.
