Structural Attachment Sealing System
In various representative aspects, the present invention relates generally to a system and apparatuses for sealing a structural attachment to a flat or shingle roof. More specifically, the invention relates to providing the system for sealing structural attachments for solar panel mounts for rail guides. The invention utilizes an adhesive sealant to create a permanent watertight seal at any surface penetration. The system may be used for any structural attachment, fastener, mount, or other penetration that requires sealing. Typical building applications include roof penetrations and wall penetrations for cases such as roof vents, structural attachment, conduit or pipe penetrations, or electrical mounts to name a few.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MOUNTING ROOF-MOUNTED PHOTOVOLTAIC ARRAYS INCLUDING FLASHING AND TAPE
A kit for flashing a mount of a photovoltaic assembly on a surface includes a flashing assembly. The flashing assembly includes flashing that extends across an interface of the mount and the surface when the mount is attached to the surface. The flashing includes a bottom surface and a top surface. The flashing assembly also includes tape attached to the bottom surface of the flashing. The tape includes a first attachment area and a second attachment area. The flashing assembly has a first configuration in which the first attachment area is attached to the flashing and the second attachment area is unattached, and a second configuration in which the first attachment area is attached to the flashing and the second attachment area is attached to the surface. The tape is movable with the flashing as an assembly when the flashing assembly is in the first configuration. The first attachment area and the second attachment area positioned on opposite sides of the tape such that the tape extends between the surface and the bottom surface of the flashing when the tape is in the second configuration. The kit also includes a container defining an interior space to receive the flashing assembly.
Roof pipe ornament support
An ornamental support member for supporting a decorative ornament on the roof pipe of a house for improving the outward appearance of the house. The ornamental support member is in the form of an outer elongated truncated cone-shaped component attached to an inner cylindrically shaped component spaced therefrom with air permeable discs secured at opposite ends of said ornamental support member for allowing the passage of undesired gases into the atmosphere.

Exhaust structure for combustion apparatus
An exhaust structure for combustion apparatus includes an exhaust tube connected to a water heater, an exhaust pipe through which the exhaust tube is introduced, and an exhaust tube fixing member for fixing a position of the exhaust tube relative to the exhaust pipe. The exhaust tube fixing member includes a first fixing portion having a cylindrical shape and fixed to the exhaust tube, and an attaching portion connected to the first fixing portion and attached to the exhaust pipe. The attaching portion have a first cylindrical portion having a first inner diameter D2, and a second cylindrical portion having a second inner diameter D3 smaller than the first inner diameter D2 of the first cylindrical portion.
Vent cover assembly for use with roof-mounted photovoltaic systems
A vent cap assembly for use with a drain waste vent pipe under roof-mounted photovoltaic (PV) panels is provided. Such vent cap assemblies are adapted to fit over a cut-down roof vent pipe to maintain airflow from the vent pipe and prevent debris from entering the pipe. Vent cap assemblies can include a cap portion and a mounting bracket, the cap portion having an inner cavity accessed through an opening in an underside of the cap and the mounting bracket having one or more inwardly extending elongate members for engaging an outer surface of the vent pipe to secure the cap assembly to the pipe. The mounting bracket can include multiple inwardly extending tabs distributed about the bracket that laterally deflect and securely engage the vent pipe when the cap assembly is pressed onto the pipe.
