Climate shelter
A climate shelter has a cover defining a valence and a moisture diverter proximate to a horizontal support. A side panel is releasably secured to the cover under the valence. The side panel includes a slot passage interior relative to the valence. The moisture diverter has an opening, a plurality of downwardly converging passage walls, and a moisture chute extending downwardly and outwardly relative to the walls. At least a portion of the moisture chute extends outwardly through the slot passage. Moisture contacting the cover enters the opening and is directed downwardly and outwardly by the walls into the moisture chute, and then outwardly for discharge exterior to a side panel. A portion of the discharge chute is disposed between the side panel and the valence.

Awning assembly
An awning assembly for use with a vehicle. The awning comprising an elongate base attachable to the vehicle, the base having a first end and an opposing second end, a portion of the second end of the base being magnetic or responsive to magnetic force. Arms are attached at the first and/or second end of the base, being pivotable relative to the base between a stowed position and a deployed position. A portion of each arm being magnetic or responsive to magnetic force. A flexible sheet associated with the arms, which in the deployed positon with the arms extending away from the base so that the flexible sheet provides cover to an area beneath the arms. In the stowed position, the arms are located adjacent the base so that the magnetic portions of the base and the arms connect, thereby securing the arms to the base.
SUN TRACKING SUN SHADE
A sun shade includes a cover that is extendable and retractable, a guide rail assembly that is engageable with the cover and defines a first path of movement via a first movable engagement point between the cover and the guide rail assembly, and a support bracket that is engageable with the guide rail assembly and arranged at a lower position relative to the cover. The support bracket defines a second path of movement for the guide rail assembly with the cover via a second movable engagement point between the guide rail assembly and the support bracket.
STANDING AWNING STRUCTURE
A standing awning structure includes a first top support member, and a second top support member substantially parallel to the first top support member. The structure also includes a first cross member spanning between the first and the second top support members, and a second cross member spanning between the first and the second support members. A sheet of fabric is stretched between the first and the second cross members. In addition, the structure includes a plurality of collars slid over the first and the second top support members, a first brace assembly connected to the first top support member using the plurality of collars, and a second brace assembly connected to the second top support member using the plurality of collars. The structure includes a first vertical post connected to the first brace assembly, and a second vertical post connected to the second brace assembly.
