Construction Magnetic Panel and Method of Manufacture
A construction magnetic panel is provided having a flexible base formed with front and internal sides and including magnetic structures placed within a body of the panel. The material of the base is selected from the group comprising: a fabric and a plastic, including polystyrene. The magnetic structures are operated within a working temperature range between −60 and +85° C., whereby the magnetic structures are characterized by the energy density within the range between 2.0 and 18.9 J/m.sup.3 and are capable of magnetic interaction with external magnetically susceptible materials.
Lap and panel siding with ventilation elements
A plurality of ventilation elements, vents, slots, or gap elements or similar features that are applied to, or machined into, one or more sides or faces of exterior siding products, such as lap siding, panel siding, vertical siding, horizontal siding, flat (or non-overlapping) siding, flap siding, decorative trim, trim system components or other forms of panels or cladding materials. When the exterior siding product is installed, the ventilation elements, vents, slots, or gap elements or similar features provide a built-in air and water gap to facilitate and increase water drainage and air circulation behind the siding or panel, thereby minimizing water storage in the space behind the product and lowering the equilibrium moisture content of the siding itself. The ventilation features are incorporated into the corresponding product in-line or during the manufacturing process, and do not require any further work during assembly or construction on-site (e.g., furring strips or other similar drainage mechanisms are not needed). Some or all of the ventilation features or elements are located to improve the product's ability to equilibrate (moisture-wise) in a product stack before installation as well as after installation.
Cladding including integrated light source
The present disclosure relates generally to cladding, for example, suitable for use covering the exterior surface of a building. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a siding panel including a light source. The siding panel includes a panel body having a length extending from a first end to a second end, a width extending from a first edge to a second edge, a front face, and a rear face. A first lock extends along the first edge of the panel body and a second lock extending along the second edge of the panel body. A fastening strip is coupled to the first lock. A light source extending along the length of the panel body is secured to the panel body so as to provide light from the front face of the panel body.
Decorative Panel and Method of Manufacturing a Decorative Panel
The invention relates to a decorative panel, in particular a floor panel, ceiling panel or wall panel, and to a method for manufacturing such decorative panel. The panel according to the present invention comprises includes at least one foamed layer comprising including an upper side and a lower side, and at least one decorative solid layer either directly or indirectly, affixed on said upper side of the foamed layer, wherein both the foamed layer and the decorative solid layer are wood based materials. The invention also relates to a floor covering consisting of a plurality of such panels.
ADJUSTMENT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FLEXIBLE WALL SURFACE SUITABLE FOR DROPLET IMPACT
The present invention provides an adjustment device for a flexible wall surface suitable for droplet impact, which includes a base, a staybolt, an experiment substrate and the wall surface to be tested, wherein the periphery of the wall surface to be tested is fixed to the upper surface of the experiment substrate by an adhesion agent and the inclination angle of the wall surface to be tested is adjusted by adjusting the left two staybolts and right two staybolts on the experiment substrate to different heights; and a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed on the experiment substrate and provided therein with wall surface adjusting bolts used to abut against and apply force to the wall surface to be tested, so as to allow the wall surface to be tested to present a desired curved shape.
EXTERIOR WALL MEMBER ATTACHMENT MEMBER, LOWER END EXTERIOR WALL MEMBER ATTACHMENT MEMBER, AND EXTERIOR WALL MEMBER ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE
A representative exterior wall attachment member incorporates: a base portion having at least one screw insertion hole, and fixed to the exterior wall base member by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into an exterior wall base member; a first holding portion which sandwiches and retains a back side protruding portion of an upper exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side; and a second holding portion which sandwiches and retains an upper end protruding portion of a lower exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side.
DRY CLADDING CLAMP
A dry cladding clamp has a lateral plate, a connection plate, a hanging structure, and a first included angle. The lateral plate has an inner edge and an outer edge disposed opposite each other. The connection plate upright extends from the inner edge of the lateral plate. The hanging structure is disposed at the outer edge of the lateral plate and has an abutting plate and at least one embedding plate. The abutting plate upright extends from the outer edge of the lateral plate. The at least one embedding plate extends from the outer edge of the lateral plate. The first included angle is an obtuse angle defined between the abutting plate and each of the at least one embedding plate.
CEILING MEMBER INSTALLATION TOOL
A ceiling material installation tool wherein the present invention assists in the installation of tongue and groove ceiling planks. The present invention includes a frame having an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion includes a lateral support member with longitudinal support members at opposing ends thereof. The lateral support member can be configured to be adjustable in length so as to place the longitudinal support members against adjacent support trusses that are alternate distances. The lower portion of the frame includes a vertical support member extending downward from the lateral support member. An upper horizontal member and a lower horizontal member are coupled to the vertical support member both being perpendicular to the vertical support member and axially aligned. The upper horizontal member can be vertically adjustable along the vertical support member so as to position a ceiling plank.
WALL PANELING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a wall paneling system that is completely mechanical and does not require the use of adhesives in attaching panels to the walls. The system comprises wall panels having a core with a decorative surface attached to one side and profiled edges that connect to each other by push click, panel connector clips (PCCs) that further connect and secure the interconnecting panels to the walls; and corner moldings for use in paneling adjoining walls meeting at a corner via tongue and groove. The PCCs and corner moldings attach to the walls by mechanical fastening and provide an air space between the walls and the wall panels. Since the wall panels are not directly connected or adhered to the wall, the system allows the panels to be easily replaced by removing and inserting from the PCCs and corner moldings. By using specially adapted bottom seals, seals in the corner moldings and sealant between the panels, the paneling system can be made impermeable to water and is therefore especially useful in area wet areas such as bathrooms.
Siding Splice Joint
A siding splice joint contains: a body, multiple washers, and multiple screws. The body includes a first face, a second face, and multiple through holes. A respective washer is injection molded on a respective through hole and includes a thin portion, a thick portion, a connection portion, and a lock orifice. The thick portion of the respective washer is connected on the first face, the thick portion of the respective washer is connected on the second face, and the connection portion is inserted through the respective through hole. A respective screw includes a head, an extension shank integrally extending from the head, and a tip formed on the extension shank away from the head. The extension shank is screwed in the locking orifice of the respective washer so that the respective screw is not locked on but connected with the respective washer.
