The invention relates to a carrier plate for a floor, wall or ceiling structure, which has a film-like plate (12) made of plastic having a plurality of protrusions (14), having an adhesion-enhancing layer (26) on a first plate side (17), having a further layer (29), which engages with a second plate side (18) opposite the first plate side (17), wherein the further layer (29) is in contact with the protrusions (14), which spans recesses (19) provided in between, wherein the protrusions (14) are formed to protrude alternately from a central plane (16) of the film-like plate (12), such that a plurality of rows and columns is formed, in which protrusions (14) and recesses (19) are alternately lined up and only recesses (19) are lined up along one diagonal (21) to the rows and columns in a direction along the diagonal (21) and only protrusions (14) are lined up at right angles to the diagonal (21) along a further diagonal (22).

A flooring panel is provided with a quick-release adhesive sheet such that the flooring panel can be quickly attached to a support surface and removed therefrom. More particularly, the flooring panel includes a top floor layer attached or laminated to the adhesive sheet, which underlies the floor layer. A flooring substrate system that uses one of three substrate components upon which various types of finish flooring may be attached above a deck structure. The deck structure may be open lumber framed or may be a waterproofed planar surface. Affixation of the flooring system may be by direct connection or by gravitational placement. Height and slope adjustable components interlock through a plunge, twist and locking teeth arrangement to form supporting members beneath the substrate components. A base mounting plate acts as a pivotal point in the system, having recesses and engageable configurations on both its faces for other system components.

The present invention provides a flooring removal apparatus that includes a base portion formed of a metal material. The base portion includes a top angled portion configured to be angled at a top surface thereof to a predetermined angle, and a support portion adjacent to the top angled portion. The support portion is positioned on a hard surface and includes a body, and a first connection means within the body. The apparatus also has a handle portion for gripping the flooring removal apparatus, the body of the support portion is configured to receive the handle portion attachable to the base portion.

An elevated flooring system includes floor modules each having first and second module surfaces and module ribs. First module surfaces may be solid or include holes for drainage. Module ribs provide structural support and define at least one module receiving space accessible from the second module surface. Block(s) include extensions protruding from a first block surface and are dimensioned to fit within a corresponding module receiving space. Each block includes block ribs providing support and defining at least one block receiving space accessible from a second block surface. Interfacing member(s) include a body correspondingly dimensioned to fit within a block receiving space and leg(s) extending from the body and dimensioned to fit within a hole on a first module surface. Floor modules may be joined adjacently and interfacing members, blocks and floor modules are stackable to provide a modular and customizable flooring system of different and varying heights.

The invention relates to a tile, in particular a carpet tile. The invention also relates to the use a tile according to the invention as floor tile, wall tile, or ceiling tile. The invention further relates to a tile covering consisting of a plurality of tiles according to the invention. The invention additionally relates to a carpet covering consisting of at least one carpet tile according to the invention.
