Deck rejuvenation system and method
A deck resurfacing material is made of a kiln-dried, southern yellow pine board. The board has had treatment with a non-metallic preservative and stabilizer system. The board has a top, a length, two ends and two sides with side edges. A grooved pattern on top includes flat areas at each side, two sets of grooves interiorly of the flat areas and another flat area interiorly between the two sets of grooves. The board has a transition from the top to each side edge that is radiused and the side edges are not tongue-and grooved. The two ends have end matching in the form of a tongue at one end of the board and a groove at the other end of the board so the board can be installed with end matching to a like board, and a transition from the top to each end that is a radiused.
Thermoplastic simulated tile
A multilayer thermoplastic sheet, comprising a first colored thermoplastic layer; a second colored thermoplastic layer; and a third colored thermoplastic layer; wherein at least one of the colored layers is a different color than at least one of the other two colored layers; and a multilayer thermoplastic sheet, wherein the sheet has a total thickness of from about 0.125 inches to about 0.500 inches, and a plurality of lines cut into the surface at depth of from about 0.010 inches to about 0.080 inches. Lines may be cut into a multilayer thermoplastic sheet via computer numerical control (CNC) routing to simulate ceramic tile.
Lightweight universal panel mat
A lightweight universal panel mat (100, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1100, 1500, 1800, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020) made of plastic or elastomeric material and having a first section that provides a relatively flat, textured or structured top surface to facilitate movement over the mat and a second section having geometry that includes a plurality of cells having top surfaces that support the first section. The panel mats have first, second, third and fourth sides (110,120,135,145) that are configured to matingly engage or connect to the second, third, fourth and first sides, respectively. The connection can be by insertion or snap-locking of one side to another, or by the use of fastening elements that more securely holds the sides together. Thus, similarly configured panel mats can be connected by interlocking to form a temporary support surface, deck, walkway or roadway. Additional side ramps (2030) and adapters (2050) can be used to facilitate installation of the mats (2005, 2010, 2015, 2020) and access to the upper surfaces of the joined mats.
Covering structure and method for docks
A covering structure and method for a dock is disclosed. The structure may include a top surface, and a bottom surface. At least one of the top surface and the bottom surface includes one or more indentations. The structure includes a downward projection extending along each of a first edge and the second edge. The one or more indentations may be configured to drain fluid. The downward projections extend downwardly over vertical sides of the dock for covering and protecting at least a portion of vertical sides of the dock. The one or more indentations may be configured to receive an adhesive for gripping the dock. The one or more indentations may have one or more sloped walls. The covering structure is resistant to heat absorption and ultra-violet radiation. The covering structure is entirely a single piece. At least one of the top surface and bottom surface is roughened.
Ultrasonically welded mat unit and system thereof
A mat unit includes a plurality of gaps defined by a first layer that are in open communication with gaps defined by a second layer so as to permit debris to fall entirely through both gaps to pass completely through the mat unit. The mat unit is part of an omnidirectional mat cleaning system that includes a first direction of travel above the mat unit extending through a door opening defined by a building structure. A different second direction of travel is above the mat unit extending through the door opening or another door opening defined by the building structure. The mat unit is installed on a floor adjacent the door opening. The mat unit cleans shoes regardless of the direction of travel traveled above the mat unit.
CERAMIC TILE
Ceramic tile having a ceramic base layer and a cover glaze layer including a printed pattern, where the surface of the ceramic tile has a relief having structural features corresponding to the printed pattern. The relief being basically formed as a plurality of excavations present in the generally plane upper surface of the ceramic tile and the structural features have a depth such that they are completely situated above the ceramic base layer.
FLOORBOARDS WITH DECORATIVE GROOVES
Floorboards which have a core and a surface layer and are provided with decorative joint edges which are formed by removing the surface layer. A method for making a floorboard, or a floor element that is to be divided into at least two floorboards, the method including making a core from a sheet shaped material, from which a part of a locking system for vertical locking of the floorboards is to be formed, impregnating and/or staining the core surface with a substance at least in portions which in the completed floorboard will constitute a joint edge of the completed floorboard, and arranging an surface layer on the core surface.
FLOORBOARDS COMPRISING A DECORATIVE EDGE PART IN A RESILIENT SURFACE LAYER
A set of essentially identical floorboards each including a front face and a rear face extending in the horizontal plane, a core, and a surface layer, a mechanical locking system is arranged at least at two opposite edges for connecting a floorboard with an adjacent floorboard in a horizontal and a vertical direction, said mechanical locking system being configured for connecting the floorboard with the adjacent floorboard by vertical folding, wherein one of said opposite edges is provided with a horizontally extending protrusion at an upper edge, and wherein said protrusion is configured to overlap a surface groove at an upper edge of the other of said opposite edges, such that two connected and adjacent floorboards have upper overlapping edges.
Entrance floor system
An entrance floor system is provided. The entrance floor system includes a base mat and a plate. The base mat has opposing bottom and top surfaces. The bottom surface of the base mat is configured to rest on a floor surface. The plate has opposing bottom and top surfaces. The bottom surface of the plate is configured to rest on the top surface of the base mat. The top surface of the plate has a border region and a non-border region. The non-border region is substantially parallel with the bottom surface of the plate and the non-border region has a pattern machined therein. The pattern includes a plurality of slots. At least one slot is configured to receive fluid and debris. The top surface of the plate in the border region includes a transition from the floor surface to the non-border region of the top surface of the plate.
