SLIP PROOF TILE HAVING A RUBBER LAYER AS A BOTTOM LAYER
20190301179 · 2019-10-03 ·

A slip proof tile having a rubber layer as its bottom layer is disclosed. The rubber layer is disposed as a bottom layer of the tile, and the rubber layer comprises raw materials made of natural rubber, EVA mixture, calcium carbonate, stearic acid, Zinc oxide, cross linking agent and foaming agent. By employing the proposed present invention, the slip proof tile is advantageous of providing high slip resistance and meanwhile preventing from being moved or falling off.

Processing facility for manufacturing integrated circuits from semiconductor wafers as well as perforated panel for a processing facility

A processing facility for manufacturing integrated circuits on semiconductor wafers is provided with at least one radiation generator that generates an EUV (extreme ultraviolet) radiation that is supplied to at least one lithography machine, housed in a factory building, for exposure of the semiconductor wafers. The radiation generator is housed in a building or a building section separate from the factory building. At least one beam guide extends from the building or the building section to the factory building, wherein the EUV radiation is supplied from the building or the building section through the at least one beam guide to the factory building. At least one supply line branches off at an obtuse angle from the at least one beam guide inside the factory building, wherein at least a portion of the EUV radiation is supplied through the at least one supply line to the lithography machine.

A detectable warning tile system has a tile base with an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper surface has a plurality of upward projections therefrom. The tile base has two side edges for alignment with corresponding side edges of other tiles, and front and rear edges. An area of the upper surface of the tile base is formed free of the detectable warnings and may include a trough into or over which a replaceable tile section may be placed. The tile base and/or replaceable tile section may be configured to receive one or more individually-installable detectable warnings.

SYSTEM FOR FORMING A FLOOR FOR DETECTING A PRESSURE APPLIED THEREON, DEVICE FOR USE IN SUCH SYSTEM, CARPET TILE PROVIDED THEREWITH AND CONNECTION ELEMENT FOR SUCH CARPET TILE

Device for detecting pressure comprising a first foil layer with first and second electric conductors, electrically isolated from each other; a second foil layer, comprising an electric resistance; wherein the first and second layers are arranged on top of each other, such that the first and second electric conductors and the resistance face each other, wherein a projection of the location of the electrical resistance on the first layer covers an area to which both the first and second electric conductors extend; a separator, for keeping the first and second layers a distance from each other when there is no pressure applied; a first connector point, electrically coupled to the first electric conductor, and outwardly available at a first pair of opposite sides of the device; a second connector point, electrically coupled to the second electric conductor, and outwardly available at the second pair of opposite sides of the device.

FLOOR TILE WITH VIBRATION AND SHOCK CONTROL
20180073254 · 2018-03-15 ·

A floor panel with shock and vibration control and method of manufacture. A first sound dampening layer is positioned between a top layer and a bottom layer of the floor panel. The first sound dampening layer has a series of hills and valleys and is made of material which provides a low natural frequency in response to a dynamic impact and transforms energy into heat in response to a high energy impact. The second sound dampening layer extends from the bottom layer in a direction away from the top layer. The second sound dampening layer is a plurality of preformed rings. The first sound dampening layer and the second sound dampening layer reduce the amount of energy transferred from the floor panel to a structure on which the floor panel is positioned.
