LIGHTWEIGHT UNIVERSAL PANEL MAT
20210131041 · 2021-05-06 ·

A lightweight universal panel mat made of plastic or elastomeric material and having a first section that provides a relatively flat, textured or structured top surface to facilitate movement over the mat and a second section having geometry that includes a plurality of cells having top surfaces that support the first section. The panel mats have first, second, third and fourth sides that are configured to matingly engage or connect to the second, third, fourth and first sides, respectively. The connection can be by insertion or snap-locking of one side to another, or by the use of fastening elements that more securely holds the sides together. Thus, similarly configured panel mats can be connected by interlocking to form a temporary support surface, deck, walkway or roadway. Additional side ramps and adapters can be used to facilitate installation of the mats and access to the upper surfaces of the joined mats.

Uncoupling strip

A decoupling sheet (1) having a carrier plate (2) and a plurality of nubs (4) protruding from the carrier plate plane (3), wherein adjacent nubs (4) are arranged transversely to the lengthwise direction (5) and in the lengthwise direction (5) of the carrier plate (2). It is provided according to the invention that immediately adjacent nubs (4) transversely to the lengthwise direction (5) and in the lengthwise direction (5) of the carrier plate (2) have a nub base (10) of triaxial shape, especially with at least three leg sides (6b).

SEGMENTED PANEL MAT

A lightweight universal panel mat made of plastic or elastomeric material and having a first section that provides a relatively flat surface and provides a frame for receiving a plurality of removable panels that form a working surface within the panel mat. The panel mat includes a second section having geometry that supports the first section. The mats also include first, second, third and fourth sides forming a perimeter of the mat, wherein the first and second sides include upper structures having a sloped lower surface and the third and fourth sides include lower structures having sloped upper surfaces. The sloped surfaces are configured to allow for overlapping with sloped surfaces other like mats for interlocking therewith while forming a generally flat continuous top and bottom surface of the overlapped mats. The mats may be interlocked by a fastening member which fits in aligned openings of the adjacent mats for connection therewith.

INTERCONNECTED MODULAR FRAMES FOR PATTERNED GROUTLESS SETTING OF HARD TILES
20230407647 · 2023-12-21 ·

Interlocking modular tile frames may be used to lay and fix tile patterns without requiring a substrate adhesive (thin-set mortar) or grout. Tile frames may comprise integrated segments joined by mechanical interconnection components or a whole. A tile frame forms a rigid or semi-rigid enclosure to hold at least one hard tile within its interior. Each segment has an upside-down T-shape cross-section comprising a column and base. The columns, which frame the held tile, eliminate the need for grout. The inserted tile rests on the base of each segment while being held in place by a column along each edge. One or more mechanical interconnections are located at the base of each enclosure to couple adjacent frames together. Stain-resistant materials such as but not limited to polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), acrylic, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), nylon, rubber, or a combination thereof, can be used for the frames.

The invention relates to a floorboard (1, 2) which has a carrier plate (3) having a top-side veneer (4), in particular a wood veneer. The carrier plate (3) and the veneer (4) are connected to each other via a resin (6). There is an edge strip (14, 15) at least on two side edges (12, 13) of the veneer (4). Said edge strip (14, 15) consists of resin (6). Carrier plate (3) and veneer (4) having the resin (6) are hot-compressed to each other. During compressing, pores, cracks, and/or gaps in the veneer (4) are filled with resin (6).

Support system for raised flooring and flooring obtained by this support system

The present invention refers to a support system for raised flooring made with wooden boards and to the relative flooring obtained by this system. The supporting system is used for obtaining a floor with boards made of wood or similar material wherein the floor is elevated with respect to the reference ground. The supporting system includes a trampling plate and at least three supporting feet fixed to the plate in order to support the plate with respect to the reference ground.
