ARCHITECTURAL CONCRETE AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
A method of forming an architectural concrete structure having a desired look (i.e., color) and texture, wherein the method generally includes pouring a base concrete layer using conventional concrete. A surface concrete mixture is prepared and includes a mixture of sand and small aggregates to give the surface concrete mixture the desired color and texture for the architectural concrete structure. The base concrete layer provides strength and durability to the concrete structure, while the surface concrete layer provides the desired look and texture of the concrete surface. The surface concrete mixture preferably includes small aggregates to create a smooth and uniform texture.

METHOD FOR FINISHING A SURFACE USING A GROUTING PAN
Methods and apparatus are provided for finishing a composite floor. The apparatus includes a grouting pan configured to be affixed to the rotating head of a finishing machine. The grouting pan has a planar bottom surface and a curved sidewall. Grouting pans are rotated over a prepped surface such that the curved sidewalls trowel the mortar onto the rough composite surface and the bottom surface which is in contact with the prepped floor forces the mortar into the surface voids such that a grouted surface.
INORGANIC AGGREGATE POLYURETHANE (PU) TERRAZZO FLOORING, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
Provided are an inorganic aggregate polyurethane (PU) terrazzo flooring, and a preparation method and use thereof. The inorganic aggregate PU terrazzo flooring includes a PU substrate layer, an inorganic aggregate PU terrazzo layer, and a PU transparent surface layer from inside to outside in sequence; where the inorganic aggregate PU terrazzo layer is prepared by paving a polyol PU self-leveling coating, a diisocyanate curing agent, and an inorganic aggregate at a mass ratio of 1:1.25:6; the inorganic aggregate is selected from the group consisting of recycled glass, a marble powder, and stone that are regularly shaped; and the polyol PU self-leveling coating includes a polyol PU resin and a functional additive at a mass ratio of 19:1.

Concrete mosaic
Provided is a method of installing a tile mosaic upon a vertical concrete surface. The method includes providing a plurality of tiles, a tile support, and a concrete form. The plurality of tiles are adhered to the tile support to define a mosaic assembly. The tiles are positioned on the tile support corresponding to the mosaic. The mosaic assembly is connected to the concrete form, and concrete is poured within the concrete form such that a portion of the tiles become embedded within the concrete. The tile support is subsequently detached from the concrete form and the concrete form is removed from the hardened concrete. The tile support is additionally removed from the plurality of tiles to reveal the mosaic on vertical surface of the concrete structure.
