Cork floor with click connection
A floor element comprises a supportive layer, a reinforcement layer adjacent to the supportive layer, a top layer, and an outer layer. The arrangement has the supportive layer and the reinforcement layer between the top layer and the outer layer, and the floor element has, at its periphery, connection means for connection to another floor element. The supportive layer and the outer layer are composed of a cork material and at least the supportive layer and the reinforcement layer extend into the connection means.
Insulation tile and method for its manufacture
The insulation tile comprises a first planar surface, a second planar surface and side surfaces defining the surfaces, and a casting compound layer as well as an insulation material layer, which is manufactured from thermal insulation material, the compression strength of which is at least 10 kPa. The casting compound layer forms the first planar surface of the insulation tile and the insulation material layer forms the second planar surface of the insulation tile. Furthermore, the insulation material layer of the insulation tile comprises grooves in the area of the planar surface which will be against the casting compound layer. The insulation tile according to the invention can be used in floor, roof and wall structures.
COATING FOR A FLOOR ELEMENT AND A FLOOR ELEMENT FOR SOUND REDUCTION
What is disclosed is a coating for a floor element comprising a coating varnish for application to the floor element, the coating varnish comprising a cork powder.
COMPOSITE PRE-COATING FILM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AND COMPOSITE FLOOR
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of B29D7/01, and more particularly to a composite pre-coating film and a preparation method thereof, and a composite floor. The preparation method includes the following steps: laminating a polymeric printing film, a polymeric transparent film, and a radiation-cured coating A in sequence. In the present disclosure, the composite pre-coating film has multiple functions through a composite structure design. The radiation-cured coating A provides a desirable abrasion and scratch resistance and gloss; the polymeric transparent film provides an abrasion resistance and flexibility; and the polymeric printing film provides a color pattern effect. After being embossed by an embossing roller, the composite pre-coating film has a three-dimensional simulated pattern effect, as well as excellent wear resistance, scratch resistance, and stain resistance, and can be used to prepare a composite floor with various wood-plastic structures.
Method for pre-applied waterproofing
Disclosed is a waterproofing membrane that comprises a carrier sheet, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of the carrier sheet, and a protective coating layer on the adhesive layer. The protective coating layer comprises polyvinyl acetate (PVAc). The protective coating layer protects the membrane against weather exposure, tolerates foot traffic and strongly adheres to concrete cast against it.
Flooring construction and method
This invention relates to an assembly type floor panel that is easy to assemble, dismantle, and maintain, and that closely and nonadhesively contacts an underlying floor. The floor panel is composed of a base panel of elastic material, e.g., calcium carbonate, a stiffer panel on the upper side of the base panel and a sliding protective sheet on the bottom side of the base panel. Adjacent panels are joined by the cooperation of a projection and groove along an edge of one panel with a projection and groove along an edge of an adjacent panel. By virtue of the elasticity of the base panel and the protective sheet, the floor panel can closely contact an underlying floor, accommodate uneveness in the underlying floor, and conduct heat from the underlying floor.
Floor underlayment having self-sealing vapor barrier
A flooring material having a textile pad substructure with a density of greater than 10 pounds per cubic foot is provided. The textile pad has reinforcement and binding fibers. The binding fibers are thermoplastic and are used to bind the reinforcement fibers together. The pad is created by heating and compressing a fibrous textile batt so that it has a density of greater than 13 pounds per cubic foot.

PANEL
A panel having a panel upper side and a panel lower side and at least two opposing panel edges, which have each an edge break on the panel upper side, the edge breaks forming in the connected state a joint in a covering surface. The edge break of one of the panel edges is formed larger than the edge break of the opposing panel edge, and a lower part of the large edge break of the one panel edge is overlapped in the connected state by the small edge break of the opposing panel edge.
Floorboard and method for manufacturing thereof
Floorboards with a surface of flexible fibers for laying a mechanically joined floating floor, and methods for manufacturing and providing floorings containing such floorboards. For example, floorboards including a surface layer and a core, for making a floating flooring, which floorboards are mechanically lockable and which along their edge portions have pairs of opposing connectors for locking similar, adjoining floorboards to each other both vertically and horizontally, wherein the surface layer comprises flexible resilient fibers.
