APPARATUS FOR MOUNTING AN ACCESSORY TO AN ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE
An assembly and a method for affixing an assembly to a structure. The assembly includes a bracket and an accessory. The bracket includes two or more bracket retainers and a bracket lock extending into an opening formed in the bracket. The accessory includes two or more accessory retainers, and an accessory lock. The two or more accessory retainers define receiving features, which accept the two or more bracket retainers when the accessory is in an engaged position with the bracket. The accessory has a sliding engagement with the bracket, from the engaged position to a locked position, in which the bracket lock engages with the accessory lock.

Inside corner trim product
A flexible inside corner trim piece is formed with concave depressions at hinge portions where wings attach to the body. The trim piece can be formed such that wings and a top cap lay flat in plane perpendicular to body or wings and top cap curve at an angle. Hinge portions can be narrow or wide and symmetrical or asymmetrical. The trim piece can be dyed, paintable, or present another decorative surface. The trim piece can include embedded lighting.
Lower edge finish for drywall with installation aids
A lower edge finish for a drywall includes a channel with first and second sidewalls, the channel sized to receive a drywall sheet. A base underneath the channel can support drywall sheet above a floor and has a recess below the channel that extends from the first sidewall toward the second sidewall and has a curved furrow upward toward the channel. A paint guard includes a sheet and an edge that is thicker than the sheet. The edge has a lip that is of a shape complementary to the furrow, so the lip can be passed into the recess and the lip becomes lodged in the furrow to retain the edge between the floor and the base, and the sheet extends away from the stud wall to protect the floor from drippings from the drywall sheet.

Finishing profile and finishing set for a floor covering, and cutting tool for cutting said finishing profile
A finishing profile for a floor covering, including at least a flange-shaped portion, which extends on opposite sides of an attachment portion situated on the underside, wherein the flange-shaped portion is formed in one piece from synthetics and is provided for being subdivided at the location of the attachment portion. The invention further also relates to a cutting tool for cutting up such finishing profile for a floor covering, wherein this cutting tool includes a body and includes at least one knife, wherein the position of the knife is adjustable.
Adjustable molding assemblies and methods
Adjustable molding assemblies and methods for bridging a gap between building elements are provided. The molding assembly includes a molding that includes a cover portion with opposing ends that are configured to contact outer surfaces of adjacent building elements. At least one flexible attachment portion extends from a lower surface of the cover portion, the at least one attachment portion including one or more interlocking elements. A track includes one or more grooves for receiving the attachment portion. One or more complementary interlocking elements are associated with each groove for retaining the attachment portion.
Finishing accessory with backing strip
A framing accessory includes a bead and a backing strip. The bead may comprise a first leg, a second leg, and a lip. The second leg may comprise a plurality of openings. The strip may be attached to the upper surface of the first leg. In some embodiments, the strip may comprise a single layer of material, while in other embodiments, the strip may comprise two or more layers of material. The strip may comprise material having fire resistant, intumescent, and/or sound insulating properties. The finishing accessory may be configured to be installed in a gap at a head of wall joint by positioning the first leg and strip along the top edge of a wallboard panel and the second leg extending vertically downward along the outer surface of the wallboard panel.
TAPELESS FASTENING AND FINISHING SYSTEM FOR WALLBOARD INSTALLATION
A wallboard-fastening device secures first and second wallboards to a framing member without fasteners passing through the wallboards. The device includes first, second, and third framing panels joined along lengthwise edges to form a three-sided cup sized to fit around the framing member, first and second flat-spring flanges joined along lengthwise edges to form a front seam, and a channel-dividing panel joined lengthwise to the front seam and to the second framing panel to form first and second channels that receive the first and second wallboards. The flat-spring flanges flex to exert restoring forces on the wallboards that push the wallboards against the second framing panel. The device may be configured for edge joints, outside-corner joints, and inside-corners, and thus may be combined for any type of wallboard installation, including both parallel and perpendicular applications.
EXTERIOR TRIM SYSTEM
Trim system devices and methods for building surfaces, such as exterior surfaces with building panels. In embodiments, a top trim panel is snap fit onto a base trim panel after the building panel has been installed. The trim system readily assembles and overhangs relatively rigid building panels without tools or precision cuts. In some embodiments, the trim system may be mounted at a building corner.
