Compared with a width of the discharge port in a first direction orthogonal to the central axis, a width of the discharge port in a second direction orthogonal to the central axis and the first direction is small. The cutout is formed on a first side in a first direction with respect to the discharge port.

The rounded vertex is rounded to deter the wheel from perforating the joint tape.
