The system and method for manufacturing the assembly is a web conversion process for the chemical composition and foam composition of the assembly. The system and method for manufacturing the assembly includes a first roll, wrapper material, a second roll, foam material, a foam cutter, a dispenser, a flatbed hot seal packager, a sheet cutter, and an outfeed conveyor.

Color-changing microcapsule comprising pigment core and pressure breakable wall layer, and preparation method therefor

According to the present invention, provided is a core-shell structured chromic microcapsule having a size of 50-1,500 m, comprising: a core comprising a colorant core (A) and an optional inner color layer (B); and a shell comprising a pressure sensitive destructible wall layer (C) encompassing the core, an optional outer color layer (D) and an optional outermost protective layer (E), wherein the colorant core allows a high content of a colorant to be contained, and the pressure sensitive destructible wall layer comprises carbon dioxide particles and a binder comprising one or more wall-forming materials and one or more lipid-base materials. The chromic microcapsule according to the present invention has high colorant content, has excellent storage durability, maintenance durability and color-hiding property of the inner color layers, is easily destroyed by pushing, rubbing, polishing or scrubbing with the hands or a tool (cotton fabric, sponge or paper) so as to express the color of the inner color layers, and can maintain stability for a long time even if being added into a carrier.

SOLID TEMPORAL COLORIMETRIC HYDROGEL COSMETIC COMPOSITION HAVING FLEXIBILITY BY GAMMA-RAY IRRADIATION

A solid temporal colorimetric hydrogel cosmetic composition includes 15 to 99.90 wt % of the water phase part and 0.10 to 85 wt % of the oil phase part, having a refractive index difference of 0 to 0.02 therebetween, and having a color change according to variations in a refractive index difference between the water phase part and the oil phase difference when applied to the skin. The cosmetic composition not only has flexibility through irradiation of gamma-rays, but also enables an optimal application time of the cosmetic composition to be visually confirmed through a color change from transparency to ivory white due to a change in the refractive index difference caused by absorbency and volatilization of water when applying the composition to the skin. The cosmetic composition is capable of improving quality of a product although a preservative irritating to the skin is not added.

Oral compositions

An oral composition is described. The oral composition can include a solvent having water and a cosolvent chosen from lower alkyl alcohols and acetone; a basic copolymer having basic acrylate monomeric units, basic methacrylate monomeric units, or a combination thereof; no less than 0.5 wt-% of an acid buffering or neutralizing agent; and optionally an active agent. The oral composition can include from about 6 to about 15 wt % of water, from about 30 to about 80 wt % of the cosolvent, and from about 25 to about 55 wt-% of the basic copolymer. The basic copolymer can be dissolved in the oral composition, the oral composition is capable of forming a film on a surface when contacted with an aqueous solution; and the wt-% of each component is based on the total weight of the composition.
