Levelling spacer device for slabs
A levelling spacer device for laying slab-shaped products including a base having a lower surface and an opposite upper surface defining a support plane for at least two tiles placed side by side, which is placed at a first distance from the lower surface, a spacer bridge provided with two legs placed side by side between each other along a flanking direction and each one rising from a portion of the opposite upper surface. Each leg is frangibly connected to the respective base portion by a predefined fracture line placed at a second distance from the lower surface greater than the first distance. A crosspiece, joins the top of the two legs, and a through opening peripherally delimited at the top by the crosspiece, laterally by the legs and at the bottom by a central portion of the upper surface coplanar with the support plane.

SYSTEMS FOR LEVELING TILES
A tile leveling system includes a stem, a spinner, and an engaging member. The stem includes a base and a fork extending from the base. The fork includes a cylindrical portion extending in a direction opposite the base and having an externally threaded surface. A cutout is formed in the fork between the cylindrical portion and the base. The spinner includes a hub, a rim, and one or more spokes extending between the hub and the rim. An internally threaded surface defining a bore extends through the hub. The engaging member includes a main body and a mounting portion extending from the main body. A hub-receiving bore is formed in the main body for receiving the hub of the spinner and a stem-receiving bore is formed in the main body for receiving the cylindrical portion of the stem.

Separator, Tool and Method for Laying Tiles or Other Coating Elements
A method for laying tiles or other coating elements where a separator is placed under, above and between adjacent tiles during the process of cementing the tiles to a surface. The method includes: placing a metal rod of a one-piece tile separator between two adjacent tiles, with a metal base part under adjacent tiles, sliding a tile holder onto the metal rod, where one-way steel jaws opposite each other in the tile holder are pressured towards two opposed smooth surfaces of the metal rod, preventing return movement of the tile holder along the metal rod while the opposed one-way steel jaws indent the softer metal surface of the metal rod.

Floor tapping block
A floor tapping block is described. The floor tapping block includes a planar base having a front downward facing tongue extending below the planar base. The planar base has a track attached to a top surface thereof. A handle portion having a groove can be fitted over the track on the planar base. The handle portion having a front face configured to be hit with a hammer. This portion can be a flat portion raised from the handle. A locking pin to secure the handle portion to the planar base. The locking pin may be a spring biased pin that locks into predefined locking holes in the planar base. The locking pin may also be a combination of a screw and a nut.

System and method for aligning and leveling tile
A tile aligning and leveling system that uses an under tile base re-usable upright connecting tab, which is detachably connected to said under tile base, a re-usable flexible edge slotted cap configured to slip over the connecting tab and latch thereto as the cap is slid further down the connecting tab. The cap has an edge slot so that the connecting tab can be separated from the cap, by merely sliding the cap, so that the connecting tab passes through the slot. A flexible spring-like portion of the cap provides increased force on the tile even if undesired elongation of the connecting tab occurs.
