GROUTING PAN ASSEMBLY WITH REINFORCEMENT RING
A grouting pan assembly includes a reinforcement ring. In another aspect, a grouting pan includes a substantially planar bottom surface and a curved sidewall surrounding the bottom surface. In a further embodiment, a grouting pan assembly includes a grouting pan having a post or mechanical fastener extending from a backside thereof for attachment to a reinforcing ring or layer.
PROCESSING MACHINE FOR CONCRETE SURFACE AND METHOD OF PROCESSING CONCRETE SURFACE
A processing apparatus is used for surface treatment of undried concrete. The processing apparatus comprises a main body portion placed on the undried concrete; a first roller provided on a bottom portion of the main body portion; a second roller provided on a back side of the first roller on the bottom portion and arranged in parallel to the first roller; a driving portion mounted on the main body portion and configured to give a rotational driving force to the first roller and the second roller; and a handle portion protruded forward from the main body portion to be held by an operator who stands in front of the main body portion. The first roller and the second roller are configured to idle in such a state that the first roller and the second roller come into contact with a surface of the undried concrete by the rotational driving force of the driving portion, when the operator holds the handle portion to move the main body portion forward.

Adaptive balancing mechanism of dual-head cement trowelling machine
An adaptive balancing mechanism of dual-head cement trowelling machine includes a water tank, a screw support base, an adjusting screw, a sensor and controller, a counterweight, a stepper motor, an underframe, a guide rail, a guide rail support plate, limit plates, and a transmission member. The controller collects the weight change information of the water in the water tank in real time according to the operation process. Adjust the position of the counterweight in real time by the stepper motor and the adjusting screw to make the two trowel heads in adaptive dynamic balance to the ground pressure.
Pressure device for adjoining dovetailed flooring material
A device provides for an efficient, fast, and less labor-intensive way of laying dovetailed interlocking flooring material which have interlocking tabs to connect adjoining flooring material. The device comprises of a chassis offering structural support to which all other elements are connected to either directly or indirectly. The chassis has an upper portion which accepts additional weight and an undercarriage portion which is configured to connect to one or more front wheels and back wheels. The front wheels are configured to put pressure along each side of the interlocking tabs, while the one or more back wheels are configured to press on the interlocking tabs, and wherein the combined weight of the device interlocks the interlocking tabs in the flooring material.

MECHANISM TO SECURE THE BASE OF A POLE TO THE LID OF A FLAT BOX FINISHER
A mechanism to secure the base of a pole to the lid of a flatbox finisher is provided. The mechanism utilizes at least one spring grasping device on the lid of the flat box finisher to grasp and secure the base of the pole. The grasping mechanism is depressed and grasps a generally flat rectangular edge of the base of the pole and secures the base of the pole to the lid of the flatbox finisher by friction. In particular, as the base having the pole of the flatbox finisher is first slid over the grasping mechanism, the grasping mechanism is first pushed downward. After the base slides over the grasping mechanism, the grasping mechanism springs back upward and locks the base of the pole into place on the lid of the flatbox finisher. Wing nuts may then be used to further secure the base of the pole to the lid of the flatbox finisher.
CONCRETE FINISHING ASSEMBLY
A concrete smoothing assembly is provided. The assembly includes a plurality of blades extending radially from a central hub. The central hub is attachable to a rotating power tool to effectively rotate the blades about a vertical axis. The blades are angled at an offset angle with respect to a horizontal axis, each with a lower working edge adapted to sweep imperfections from a surface of partially dried concrete.
DECORATIVE CONCRETE WITH UNIFORM SURFACE AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
A decorative concrete with a very uniform finish surface and a method of fabricating the same is disclosed. A concrete mixture is poured over a subgrade which defines an exposed surface. The exposed surface is finished with any of several techniques, and the surface is then worked with an abrasive material, and additional techniques are used to color and seal the concrete.
