SLIDABLE CONSTRUCTING PLATE
20170081859 · 2017-03-23 · ·

A slidable constructing plate comprises a protrusion and a notch on its peripheral surfaces. The protrusion is corresponding in shape to the notch. Furthermore, one groove is recessed between the top surface of the plate and the protrusion. Another groove is recessed between the bottom surface of the plate and the protrusion. One rib protrudes between the top surface and the notch, and another rib protrudes between the bottom surface and the notch. The grooves are corresponding in shape to the ribs. Two adjacent slidable constructing plates can be connected and fixed by mutual sliding through the protrusion sliding into the notch and the ribs sliding into the grooves. Slidable structures are provided to connect two adjacent slidable constructing plates to easily and firmly construct diversified products such as floors, ceilings, cabinets, and drywalls.

Panel and methods for manufacturing panels

A panel may include at a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate. The top layer may include a motif and a transparent or translucent synthetic material layer provided above the motif. The motif may be a print formed by digitally applying inks on the substrate with the intermediary of one or more primer layers extending underneath the print. The transparent or translucent synthetic material layer may include polypropylene and have a thickness of less than 1 millimeter.

Floating floor system, floor panel, and installation method for the same

A floating floor system and a floor panel and method for use with the same that includes an improved mechanical interlock system. The mechanical interlock system allows laterally adjacent floor panels that are mechanically interlocked to slide relative to one another a predetermined distance in a longitudinal direction, while prohibiting relative translation in the vertical and transverse directions. In one embodiment, the predetermined distance eliminates the need for precision cuts during installation, thereby making installation fast and easy. In a further embodiment, the invention optimizes the floor panels (and floating floor system.) to balance ease of installation and horizontal locking strength between laterally adjacent floor panels.

Floor element, locking system for floor elements, floor covering and method for composing such floor elements to a floor covering

Floor element of the type which, at least at two opposite edges, comprises coupling means enabling two of such floor elements to cooperate with each other at the respective edges, wherein the floor element comprises at least two components, as well as entity-forming means, which, starting from the aforementioned components, can form an entity including the components, wherein said components can adopt at least two mutual positions, whether or not by means of the disruption of the entity formed by said entity-forming means.
