LIGHTWEIGHT UNIVERSAL PANEL MAT
A lightweight universal panel mat (100, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1100, 1500, 1800, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020) made of plastic or elastomeric material and having a first section that provides a relatively flat, textured or structured top surface to facilitate movement over the mat and a second section having geometry that includes a plurality of cells having top surfaces that support the first section. The panel mats have first, second, third and fourth sides (110,120,135,145) that are configured to matingly engage or connect to the second, third, fourth and first sides, respectively. The connection can be by insertion or snap-locking of one side to another, or by the use of fastening elements that more securely holds the sides together. Thus, similarly configured panel mats can be connected by interlocking to form a temporary support surface, deck, walkway or roadway. Additional side ramps (2030) and adapters (2050) can be used to facilitate installation of the mats (2005, 2010, 2015, 2020) and access to the upper surfaces of the joined mats.
LIGHTWEIGHT PANEL MAT ASSEMBLIES WITH ADAPTERS AND SIDE RAMPS
A temporary support surface, deck, walkway or roadway that includes a plurality of interlocked and interconnected lightweight universal panel mats and one or more side ramps and adapters. Each panel mat is made of plastic or elastomeric material and having a first section that provides a relatively flat, textured or structured top surface to facilitate movement over the upper surface, a second section having geometry that includes a plurality of cells having top surfaces that support the first section and an optional third or bottom surface. The panel mats also have sides that are configured to matingly engage with the sides of similarly configured mats. Also, adapter elements are provided to assist with the installation of the mats. Also, the side ramps and adapters themselves are additional embodiments of the invention.
Modular Floor Mat
This invention relates to a modular floor mat comprising a plurality of interconnected thermoplastic trays with textile substrate inserts. The textile substrate inserts contain visual images, such as printed logos or advertisements. The modular floor mat is advantageous for use by businesses in entryways and other locations where advertising or messaging is desirable.
Panel for Composing a Floor Covering or Wall Covering, Panel System, and Method
A panel for composing a floor covering or wall covering. A panel system including at least one panel. A method of composing a covering, in particular a floor covering, by using a panel system.
Multi-stage shock absorbing modular floor tile apparatus
Modular floor tiles and modular floor systems are described herein. A floor tile system includes a modular floor tile and a plurality of resilient support assemblies. The modular floor tile includes a top surface layer having a top surface and a bottom surface and a plurality of rigid support portions extending from the bottom surface. The resilient support assemblies are supported against the bottom surface and include an outer resilient support portion having a hollow interior, and an inner resilient support portion positioned centrally relative to the outer resilient support portion.
Elevated flooring system
An elevated flooring system includes floor modules each having first and second module surfaces and module ribs. First module surfaces may be solid or include holes for drainage. Module ribs provide structural support and define at least one module receiving space accessible from the second module surface. Block(s) include extensions protruding from a first block surface and are dimensioned to fit within a corresponding module receiving space. Each block includes block ribs providing support and defining at least one block receiving space accessible from a second block surface. Interfacing member(s) include a body correspondingly dimensioned to fit within a block receiving space and leg(s) extending from the body and dimensioned to fit within a hole on a first module surface. Floor modules may be joined adjacently and interfacing members, blocks and floor modules are stackable to provide a modular and customizable flooring system of different and varying heights.
Panel mats connectable with interlocking and pinning elements
A lightweight universal panel mat made of plastic or elastomeric material and having a first section that provides a relatively flat, textured or structured top surface to facilitate movement over the upper surface and a second section having geometry that includes a plurality of cells having top surfaces that support the first section. The mats also include first, second, third and fourth sides forming a perimeter of the mat, wherein the first and second sides include upper structures having a sloped lower surface and the third and fourth sides include lower structures having sloped upper surfaces. The sloped surfaces are configured to allow for overlapping with sloped surfaces other like mats for interlocking therewith while forming a generally flat continuous top and bottom surface of the overlapped mats. The mats may be interlocked by a fastening member which fits in aligned openings of the adjacent mats for connection therewith.
FLOORBOARD HAVING LOCKING MECHANISMS COMPRISING POLYMER
This present disclosure relates to a floorboard comprising a main panel and a polymer frame that is continuous and comprises along two opposing edges a first locking mechanism and along the other two opposing edges a second locking mechanism different from the first one.
A FLOORING PANEL AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The present invention is directed to a floor panel that is processed on roll equipment, whereby a decorative design consisting of elongated striations is printed with the elongated striations oriented in an across-machine direction. The decorative design is printed on a print layer and is subsequently laminated to a substrate layer. The laminated flooring material is then cut such that the elongate sides of the panels are cut in the across machine direction. This results in a floor panel with greater dimensional stability on the elongate side.
MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM FOR FLOOR PANELS
Building panels provided with a locking system for vertical and horizontal locking of a first edge and a second edge of adjacent panels. The locking system includes a displaceable tongue at least partly arranged in a displacement groove, a tongue groove, a cavity provided in a strip at the first edge, and a protrusion extending downwards at the second edge. The displaceable tongue is arranged to be displaced at least partly into the tongue groove during locking, and wherein the protrusion is arranged to be located in least a portion of the cavity when the panels are locked vertically and horizontally.
