Panel with locking device
A set of panels includes first and second panels, and a mechanical locking device for assembly by vertical relative displacement of the panels. A locking strip extends from a first edge of the first panel in a direction parallel to first and second panel surfaces of the first panel. The locking strip includes a locking strip edge, and first and second locking strip surfaces respectively extending in directions substantially corresponding to those of the first and second panel surfaces. The locking strip includes a locking element cooperating with a locking groove at a second edge of the second panel for locking in a direction parallel to the first panel surface. Opposite edges respectively include cooperating tongue and tongue groove for vertical locking. The first and second edges respectively include first and second engaging positioning elements to decrease vertical movement of the panels in the locked position.
Panel
A panel having a panel surface and an edge pair of mutually opposite complementary panel edges provided with complementary locking elements. The complementary locking elements are configured such that, when two panels are assembled, both a locking action of the panel edges in a direction perpendicular to the panel surface and a locking action preventing the panels from moving apart is achieved underneath a visible joint by the assembled complementary locking elements. The panel edges with the locking elements have an upper portion and a lower portion, relative to thickness of the panel. The locking elements are arranged and configured in the lower portion. The upper portion forms the upper joint region, including the visible part of the joint. The upper portion on each panel edge of the edge pair has a chamfer which, when two panels are assembled, forms a depressed joint. The chamfers of the complementary panel edges are different sizes in the upper portion. When two complementary panel edges are assembled, the larger chamfer is covered by the smaller chamfer. A butt-joint abutment surface is provided on a lower end of the larger chamfer.
Set of mutually lockable panels
A set of mutually lockable panels comprises a first panel having an edge including a male part and a second panel having an edge including a female part for receiving the male part of the first panel in unlocked condition of the panels. The male part has an outer side which, in locked condition of the panels, is directed to the second panel in a direction substantially parallel to the front face of the first panel, and an opposite inner side which is provided with a locking surface. The female part comprises a locking member, which is pivotable about a pivot axis that extends substantially parallel to the edge of the second panel and an actuator for rotating the locking member from its unlocked condition to a locked condition of the panels.
MECHANICAL LOCKING OF FLOOR PANELS
Floor panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system comprising tongue and grooves provided with protrusions and cavities which are displaceable in relation to each other and configured such that the protrusions can obtain a vertically unlocked position where they match the cavities and a vertically locked position where the protrusions overlap each other.
Composed element, multi-layered board and panel-shaped element for forming this composed element
A composed element includes at least two panel-shaped elements, which each have an edge zone in which coupling means are present in a profiled part respectively extending in the longitudinal direction of the respective edge zone, and each including an end face extending transversely to the respective edge zone. The profiled parts allow the coupling of the panel-shaped elements together in an interlocking manner. At least one of the panel-shaped elements includes an arrangement which hides from view at least a portion of the profiled part formed at the pertaining edge zone at the location of the end face.
COMPOSED ELEMENT AND REAR WALL CONSTRUCTION APPLIED HEREWITH
A composed element, such as a piece of furniture, wherein the composed element comprises at least a rear wall, as well as a number of constructional parts forming a whole in which the rear wall has to be provided. The rear wall forms the rear side of the composed element and includes one or more rear wall parts. The composed element comprises seats for installing at least one of the rear wall parts, which are configured such that the rear wall part can be slid into the seats starting from the rear side of the composed element from a position differing from the final plane in which the rear wall part will be situated in the final condition.
Floor panel for forming a floor covering and method for manufacturing a floor panel
A floor panel for forming a floor covering, wherein this floor panel comprises a substrate, which substrate is manufactured on the basis of synthetic material; wherein this floor panel, on at least one pair of opposite edges, comprises coupling parts, which coupling parts allow that two such floor panels can be coupled to each other by means of a downward movement of one floor panel in respect to the other floor panel.
Floor panel for forming a floor covering
A floor panel for forming a floor covering, wherein the floor covering consists of floor panels, which, on at least one pair of edges, are provided with coupling parts. The coupling parts substantially are manufactured from the material of the floor panel, and the coupling parts are configured such that two such floor panels, at the pair of edges, can be installed and locked to each other by means of a downward movement and/or by means of the fold-down principle.
VERTICAL JOINT SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED SURFACE COVERING SYSTEM
A vertical joint system for substrates is formed with joints and which engaged by relative motion in a direction perpendicular to major surfaces and of the substrate. The joints are configured to enable relative rotation of up to 3 degrees while maintaining engagement of the joints. The joints and are further configured to form two locking planes one on each of the inner and outer most sides of the joint. Engagement about the locking planes is provided by transverse outward extending surfaces. At least one surface in each pair of engaging surfaces is smoothly curved. The joints and can be further arranged to provide a third locking plane parallel to and between the locking planes. The joints are disengaged by combination of a downward rotation of one joint relative the other then application of a downward force.
Panel and Covering
A panel, in particular a floor panel, interconnectable with similar panels for forming a covering, and a covering consisting of mutually connected floor panels.
