FLOOR PANEL FOR FORMING A FLOOR COVERING
A floor panel contains opposite edges that contain coupling parts to link two floor panels. These coupling parts contain locking planes: first and second locking planes on the first edge with an enclosed angle between 90° and 175°; and third and fourth locking planes on the second edge with an enclosed angle between 90° and 175°. The first locking plane is closer to the top of the floor panel than the second locking plane. The angle with the surface of the floor panel of the first locking plane is smaller than the second locking plane. The angle with the floor plane surfaces of the third locking plane is smaller than that of the fourth locking plane. The second locking plane is provided for interaction with the fourth locking plane of a coupled panel. The first locking plane is provided for interaction with the third locking plane of a coupled panel.
Panel
A panel including an upper side, a lower side, a core and complementary locking elements provided in pairs on opposing panel edges. At least one pair of locking elements has complementary hook profiles, namely a receiving hook and an arresting hook. The receiving hook has a hook periphery arranged remote from the main body and a receiving recess arranged in the vicinity of the basic body. The receiving recess is open towards the panel upper side, and the arresting hook has an arresting recess, arranged in the vicinity of the basic body and open towards the panel lower side, and has an arresting shoulder remote from the basic body and which, in the vertical joining direction, fits into the receiving recess of the receiving hook. The arresting hook has a vertically locking arresting contour and the receiving hook has a form-fitting contour, which form fits with the arresting contour of the arresting hook. The arresting hook has, near the basic body, a horizontally locking retaining surface on its arresting shoulder and the receiving hook has a horizontally locking retaining surface arranged remote from the basic body in the receiving recess. The receiving hook is provided with a sealing groove open to the panel upper side, and the arresting hook has a sealing strip projecting towards the panel lower side, which in the joined-together state of the complementary hook profiles fits into the sealing groove. The sealing groove and the sealing strip are arranged in the region of the panel core, and the surface of the sealing groove is formed from the material of the panel core and/or the surface of the sealing strip is formed from the material of the panel core.
Glue-Down Decorative Floor Covering System
The invention relates to a glue-down decorative floor covering system. The invention also relates to a glue-down floor covering realized by a plurality of tiles of the glue-down floor covering system according to the invention. The invention further relates to a tile for use in a glue-down floor covering system according to the invention.
Panel, in particular a floor or wall
A panel comprising a centrally located core, at least one first coupling part and at least one second coupling part connected respectively to opposite edges of the core, which first coupling part includes an upward tongue, at least one upward flank lying at a distance from the upward tongue and an upward groove formed in between the upward tongue and the upward flank wherein the upward groove is adapted to receive at least a part of a downward tongue of a second coupling part of an adjacent panel: which second coupling part includes a downward tongue, at least one downward flank lying at a distance from the downward tongue, and a downward groove formed in between the downward tongue and the downward flank, wherein the downward groove is adapted to receive at least a part of an upward tongue of a first coupling part of an adjacent panel.
Panel suitable for assembling a floor covering
Panel suitable for assembling a floor covering by interconnecting a plurality of said panels with each other, wherein the panel has a substantially planar top side, and a substantially planar bottom side, at least four substantially linear side edges comprising at least one pair of opposite side edges, the panel having a layered structure which comprises a decorative top layer and a core layer wherein the decorative top layer and the core layer have a different chemical composition, wherein a reinforcement layer is positioned between the top layer and the core layer, and having a modulus of elasticity of at least 2 Mpa.
FLOOR PANEL FOR FORMING A FLOOR COVERING
A floor panel for forming a floor covering includes a pair of edges provided with coupling parts allowing to couple two of such floor panels to each other by means of a rotation movement. The coupling parts are realized in the form of a tongue and a groove with locking parts. The groove is bordered by an upper lip and a lower lip which comprises a locking part in the form of an upward-directed locking part. The upward-directed part extends over a height which is more than 0.1 times the thickness of the floor panel.
POLYMER SOLID WOOD COMPOSITE FLOORING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The invention relates to a floor. The polymer solid wood composite flooring includes a SPC stone plastic layer, and a solid wood veneer layer or plywood layer forming the main body of the floor is arranged under the SPC stone plastic layer; the physical and chemical performance index of the polymer solid wood composite flooring is: color fastness≥Grade 6; average peel strength≥75 (N/50 mm), pollution resistance≥grade 5, heating dimensional change rate≤0.25%, heating warpage≤2.0 mm, moisture content 6-10%. The preparation process of polymer solid wood composite flooring includes: preparation of SPC stone plastic layer; preparation of solid wood veneer layer or plywood layer; composite pressing; first balance treatment; Slitting; second balance treatment; slotting; UV layer preparation. Thereby, the polymer solid wood composite flooring with good foot feeling, not easy to deform and crack, and small dimensional change rate is produced.
Floor panel for forming a floor covering
A floor panel for forming a floor covering comprises a substrate consisting of at least two substrate layers differing in density and, on at least one pair of opposite edges, is provided with coupling parts of the so-called push-lock type. Vertically active locking surfaces, where they cooperate in the coupled condition of two of such floor panels, define a tangent line which is horizontal or does not deviate more than 50 degrees from the horizontal. The locking surfaces are situated closer to the upper side of the first substrate layer than to the lower side of the first substrate layer.
Building panel
A panel (assembly) having an inner panel member (sheet) and an outer panel member (sheet), with the member being secured to the member so that the member applies an outward force to the first member.
Floor Panel and Floor
