MECHANICAL LOCKING DEVICE FOR BUILDING PANELS
A set of building panels such as floor panels, including similar or essentially identical building panels. Each building panel having a first mechanical locking device configured to horizontally and vertically lock a first edge of a building panel to a second edge of an adjacent building panel, and a second mechanical locking device configured to horizontally and vertically lock a third edge of a building panel to a fourth edge of an adjacent building panel, wherein the first mechanical locking device and/or the second mechanical locking device includes, at one of the first edge or second edge, and/or at one of the third edge or fourth edge, a locking strip extending from a respective edge in a direction away from the respective edge, wherein the locking strip includes a locking element having an impact surface.
Set of panels with mechanical positioning means
A set of rectangular building panels have a frontside and a backside and a mechanical locking device at opposite first and second edge portion configured for plane locking of similar panels in an assembled position by means of displacement of a plane with a second edge portion of a second panel in an engagement direction towards a first edge portion of an adjacent first panel. The first edge portion includes a first locking element configured to cooperate for plane locking with a first locking groove at the second edge portion. The first edge portion has a first front edge portion adjacent the frontside of the first panel and a first sub edge portion between the first front edge portion and a flexible tongue in an insertion groove, the insertion groove being arranged between the backside of the first panel and the first sub edge portion.
Building panel with a mechanical locking system
A set of essentially identical panels, such as building panels, provided with a mechanical locking system including a displaceable tongue, which is arranged in a displacement groove with a first opening at a first edge of a first panel. The displaceable tongue is configured to cooperate with a first tongue groove, with a second opening at a second edge of an adjacent second panel, for vertical locking of the first and the second edge. The height of the first opening is greater than a second height of the second opening.
Building panel
Building panels, such as a floor panels or wall panels, which include a first mechanical locking system at respective parallel and opposite third and fourth edges, such as long edges, configured to cooperate for horizontal and vertical locking between two adjacent building panels, preferably by a folding motion. The panels further include a second locking system at respective parallel and opposite first and second edges, such as short edges, configured to cooperate for horizontal and vertical locking of two adjacent building panels. An upper edge portion of one of the third edge or fourth edge, preferably the third edge, includes a first lower lip portion configured to cooperate with a first upper lip portion of an upper edge portion of the other of the third and fourth edge of an adjacent panel when the third and fourth edges are arranged in locking engagement.
Unlocking system for panels
A set of essentially identical panels, such as building panels, provided with a mechanical locking system including a displaceable tongue arranged in a displacement groove having a first opening at a first edge of a first panel. The tongue is configured to be displaced in the displacement groove along a displacement axis to attain a locking state wherein a first portion of the tongue cooperates with a first tongue groove having a second opening at a second edge of an adjacent second panel, for vertical locking of the first and the second edge. A second portion of the tongue is configured to cooperate with the second edge of the adjacent second panel via an elongated element for vertical unlocking of the first and the second edge.
Interconnectable tiling system
A tile system for covering a surface. The tile system comprises a first tile assembly connected to a second tile assembly by a connector. Each tile assembly comprises a first tile stacked on a second tile, the first tile and the second tile joined to a reinforcing material disposed therebetween. The connector comprises a first component and a second component that is complementary to the first component. The first component is mounted to the first tile assembly, and the second component is mounted to the second tile assembly.
Floor Board and Method for Manufacturing Such Floor Boards
A floor board including a decorative surface layer applied to a substrate, where the substrate is optionally MDF or HDF material at a side edge thereof, and at least one side edge together with a side edge opposite thereto forming a first pair of opposite side edges of said substrate. The first pair of opposite side edges includes mechanical first and second coupling parts, respectively, allowing the floor board to be coupled at the respective side edges with a similar floor board. Also, a floor board covering consisting of a plurality of the floor boards and a method for manufacturing such floor boards.
SET OF PANELS WITH MECHANICAL POSITIONING MEANS
A set of rectangular building panels have a frontside and a backside and a mechanical locking device at opposite first and second edge portion configured for plane locking of similar panels in an assembled position by displacement of a plane with a second edge portion of a second panel in an engagement direction towards a first edge portion of an adjacent first panel.
MECHANICAL LOCKING DEVICE FOR BUILDING PANELS
A set of building panels including similar or essentially identical building panels. Each building panel includes a first mechanical locking device configured to horizontally and vertically lock a first edge of a building panel to a second edge of an adjacent building panel. The first mechanical locking device includes, at the second edge, a locking tongue configured to be received in a tongue groove arranged in the first edge. The locking tongue has, in an upper portion, an impact surface extending at an acute angle in relation to the horizontal plane and the tongue groove has, in an upper portion, an impact surface extending in an acute angle in relation to the horizontal plane, configured to cooperate with the impact surface of the locking tongue in an assembled position, when a force, acting, at least partially, in a vertical direction, is applied to at least one of the building panels.
PANEL
A panel has at least one first pair of opposite edges with coupling parts that allow two such panels to be couplable together. The coupling parts include a horizontally acting locking system that in a coupled state of two such panels achieves locking in the plane of the panels and perpendicular to the respective edges. The horizontally acting locking system includes a projecting lip with an upward directed locking element on the underside of the panel. The upward directed locking element abuts against the proximally located upper side of the aforementioned projecting lip at least by means of a concave surface.
