Cladding clip
A cladding clip comprising a lateral base, a head coupled to the lateral base, and a flexible lip upstanding from the lateral base and laterally spaced from the neck along the base is disclosed. The flexible lip is hooked so that a lateral part of the lip extends laterally spaced from the base.
Hidden Fastener Assembly for Attaching Grooved Deck Members
A hidden fastener assembly facilitates the attachment of grooved deck members to a joist. A body has an upper platform and a lower reference surface and is traversed by a central opening. A pair of tongues project from the body and are positioned and configured for reception in the grooves of the deck members. A pair of legs straddle the joist to aid in positioning. A fastener received in the opening and driven into the joist secures the deck members to the joist at a desired spacing. The fastener assemblies may be collated for usage in automatic driving tools.
LOCKING CONNECTOR AND SHEET MATERIAL
Some embodiments of the disclosure provide a locking connector and a sheet material. According to an embodiment, the locking connector includes a locking base body. An annular protrusion is arranged at the middle portion of the locking base body while connecting protrusions are arranged on two sides. The two connecting protrusions are symmetrically located on two sides of the annular protrusion. A mounting groove is arranged between the connecting protrusion and the annular protrusion. The connecting protrusions, the mounting grooves, and the annular protrusion are used for clamping the sheet materials. The sheet materials are mounted, enclosed, and locked tightly in a plurality of directions.
Locking type panel and panel connecting piece and connection method therefor
A flooring system includes multiple panels (10) which are connected to each other by connectors (20). Each panel (10) has a tongue (30) and each connector (20) has an engaging slot (40). The tongue (30) does not extend beyond the side of the panel (10). The panel (10) is moved horizontally to insert the lower protrusion (300) of the tongue (30) into the lower recess (400) of the engaging slot (40) of the connector (20). The inner inclined face (302) of the lower protrusion (300) of the tongue (30) contacts the curved wall (410) of the lower recess (400) of the connector (20). The tongue (30) of the panel (10) is engaged with the engaging slot (40) of the connector (20) by way of pressing the panel in a direction perpendicular to the panel. No hammering to the side of the panel is needed.
SET FOR ASSEMBLING BUILDING ELEMENTS AND COUPLING ELEMENT THEREFORE
A set including a coupling element, a first building element, a first building panel and a second building panel, wherein the coupling element is configured for assembling the first building panel and the second building panel to the first building element, wherein the coupling element includes a primary coupling portion configured to cooperate with a first mechanical locking system of a first edge of the first building element to thereby lock the coupling element from displacement along a secondary axis and a perpendicular tertiary axis each being orthogonal the primary axis; wherein the coupling element includes a secondary coupling portion extending in a direction along the tertiary axis and configured to cooperate with a second mechanical locking system of the second building panels, wherein the second locking system is configured for locking the first and second panels by a folding displacement of the second panel about its second edge.
Architectural Panel Assembly And Tools
This application relates to the field of reveal architectural panels and a tool or clamp for assembly thereof. The apparatus and method replace prior art assembly methods and fasteners with adhesives and a dedicated particularly designed clamp to facilitate assembly. The frame members are modified to facilitate assembly with adhesive sealants and removal of mechanical fasteners.
MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM FOR FLOOR PANELS
Building panels, especially floor panels are shown, which are provided with a locking system comprising several clips connected to a panel edge comprising a recess formed in a lower lip or in the tongue. Each clip may include an upwardly extending locking element, which is configured to cooperate with a locking groove for locking the two edges in a horizontal direction.
MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM FOR FLOOR PANELS
Ceramic and stone tiles are shown, which are provided with a locking system including a separate strip part connected to vertical and horizontal grooves formed in the tile edge. A set of ceramic or stone tiles including a first tile provided with a first edge and a second tile provided with a second edge wherein the tiles are provided with a locking system for locking the first edge to the second edge in a horizontal direction parallel with a tile surface and in a vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction, said locking system includes a first and a second tongue and a strip part provided with a first and a second locking element.
