Floor element for forming a floor covering and a floor covering
A floor element for forming a floor covering, wherein the floor element comprises a decorative layer made of a ceramic material; a support layer arranged below the decorative layer; and a reinforcing layer arranged in between the decorative layer and the support layer, wherein the support layer comprises edges provided with coupling elements configured to realize a mechanical coupling with coupling elements of an adjacent floor element.
INTERLOCKING MODULAR MAT WITH SPONGE INSERT
An interlocking modular mat having four sides has female connectors on two sides and male connectors on the other two sides so that the modular mat can interlock with an adjacent mat and its connectors. The modular mat is configured with a plurality of structures surrounding a periphery of a top portion of the mat. The plurality of structures in combination with an underside of the top portion of the mat form a cavity. A sponge insert is configured to fit in the cavity and have a height such that a portion of the sponge insert extends from a bottom side the mat body. With the sponge insert extending beyond the bottom side of the mat body, the sponge insert bottom face generally become the supporting bottom of the modular mat to provide a more cushioned feel for a mat user.
SUSPENDED CERAMIC TILE AND SPLICING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a suspended ceramic tile and a splicing method thereof, the suspended ceramic tile comprises: a substrate layer, wherein every two adjacent parts of the substrate layer are detachably connected to each other; a ceramic tile surface layer fixedly arranged on a top surface of the substrate layer; a suspension structure arranged at a bottom of the substrate layer, wherein the suspension structure is configured to make the substrate layer and the ceramic tile surface layer in a suspended state, so as to avoid soaking of the substrate layer by water. The present invention discards a series of environmental factor restrictions brought by the traditional laying method, increases the simplicity of ceramic tile splicing and disassembling, reduces the labor cost, enables the disassembled ceramic tiles to be reused, and enhances the service life of ceramic tiles. As there is a spacing between the ground and the substrate layer with the ceramic tile surface layer in the invention, soaking of the substrate layer and the ceramic tile surface layer by water is avoided, corrosion of the substrate layer by water is avoided, and the service life of the suspended ceramic tile body is prolonged.

Interlocking floor panels and floor system
A floating floor system includes a plurality of interlocking floor panels, each including a base layer formed from a first material having a first hardness; a body formed from the base layer and having a top surface and a bottom surface; a first locking edge portion formed from the base layer and including a locking channel defined by a channel floor and first and second channel sidewalls extending upward from the channel floor toward the top surface; a second locking edge portion formed from the base layer and including a locking ridge protruding downward away from an upper surface of the second locking edge portion and defined by a ridge surface and first and second ridge sidewalls; wherein at least one of the sidewalls includes a portion formed from a second material having a second hardness that is less than the first hardness.
Floor Tile with Improved Connection System
A floor tile for use in a flooring system, comprises a floor tile body and a female connecting member associated with a lateral edge of the floor tile body. The female connecting member has a curved profile, which may include an m-shaped profile, and is configured to mate with an adjacent floor tile. A male connecting member is associated with an opposite lateral edge of the tile body, the male connecting member having a shape corresponding to a curved profile of a female connecting member of an adjacent tile to thereby mate with the adjacent floor tile. A draft angle of the female connecting member and the male connecting member may be substantially parallel.
Panel connection
A connection between substantially planar panels is disclosed. A panel comprises a panel body, said panel body comprising a pair of planar members, deployed in parallel spaced arrangement, and connected by an outer side wall. A connection assembly extends circumferentially from each panel body, with a connection assembly including a planar connection surface for engaging in a plane a corresponding connection surface on a second panel. The planar connection surface and the side wall defining an acute angle, wherein said plane is at an angle of 2-8 to the plane of the panel bodies.
