Apparatus, system and methods for supporting one or more upright items from a support surface
System for supporting an upright member from a support surface includes an elongated carrier releasably engageable with the support surface, a base adapted to extend around at least part of the lower end of the carrier and abut the support surface and at least one anchor associated with the carrier and configured to grip the upright member when the upright member is inserted into a bore of the carrier.
FILM APPLICATION METHOD AND CONSTRUCTION PANEL
A method of applying a protective film to a construction panel comprising: a) selectively applying an adhesive composition to a peripheral region of a surface of the construction panel; and/or selectively applying an adhesive composition to a peripheral region of a surface of the protective film; and b) applying a protective film to the surface of the construction panel to bond the protective film to the construction panel. A construction panel comprising a protective film layer on a surface of the panel and a peripheral adhesive composition layer located between said surface of the panel and the protective film layer, wherein the peripheral adhesive composition layer extends from an edge of the panel and across from about 0.1% to about 25% of the width of the surface.
HOLLOW-FLOOR ELEMENTS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A HOLLOW-FLOOR ELEMENT
The invention relates to hollow-floor elements for use in a hollow-floor. The hollow-floor elements comprise at least two superimposed load-bearing individual panels, which are firmly joined together. Especially preferably the at least one load-bearing individual panel comprises a gypsum fiberboard. In addition, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing such hollow-floor elements.
MIXED STUCCO BLOCK
The invention is a mixed stucco block of gypsum blocks. Due to using a layer of compacted polystyrene in its center, it is much lighter than regular gypsum blocks. In addition, its heat transfer coefficient is less than solid stucco panels. In addition, due to applying some smithereens in it along with support system and innovative Rabyts, mechanical connection of cement mortar is provided for it. Therefore it is possible to use this block in wet places including in bathroom, WC, and as the side wall of the faade.
Floor panel having adhesive applied sheet
A floor panel having an adhesive applied sheet, including: a tile; an adhesive sheet laminated on the tile, the adhesive sheet having an adhesive applied face exposed in an L-shaped form at the edge of the tile; and an adhesive layer interposed between contact faces of the tile and the adhesive sheet, where the adhesive sheet includes: a sheet made of one of PVC, PLA, PET, PE, and PP; an acryl-based adhesive adhered on one side of the sheet; and a protective film adhered on the adhesive applied face exposed in the L-shaped form.
Floor plank with foam core
The floor member has a closed-cell foam core that constitutes approximately 50% of the overall thickness of the floor member. All constituents of the floor member, including a design layer, wear layer and resilient foam plastic underlayer, are highly water resistant and essentially water repellant. The closed-cell foam core is relatively lightweight and the floor member is also relatively lightweight compared to equally dimensioned floor planks formed exclusively of solid laminated plastic materials or wood-based laminated materials. The floor member has edge connecting means for convenient floating floor installation without the need to adhere the floor member to a floor base. The floor member is also easy to handle to permit a do-it-yourselfer to install a floor covering with the floor member.
Multi-component tiles
Provided is a tile for concealing an underlying surface. The tile includes a base including a downward-facing surface that is to oppose an underlying surface on which the tile is to rest. The base is formed, at least in part, from a material including a combination of crumb rubber and rice hull material. A plurality of feet extend in a downwardly direction from the downward-facing surface to contact the underlying surface on which the tile is to rest and separate the downward-facing surface from the underlying surface. A cap is coupled to a surface of the base opposite the downward-facing surface comprising the feet.
Floating floor system, floor panel, and installation method for the same
A floating floor system and a floor panel and method for use with the same that includes an improved mechanical interlock system. The mechanical interlock system allows laterally adjacent floor panels that are mechanically interlocked to slide relative to one another a predetermined distance in a longitudinal direction, while prohibiting relative translation in the vertical and transverse directions. In one embodiment, the predetermined distance eliminates the need for precision cuts during installation, thereby making installation fast and easy. In a further embodiment, the invention optimizes the floor panels (and floating floor system.) to balance ease of installation and horizontal locking strength between laterally adjacent floor panels.
FLOOR SYSTEM, A COUPLING INSERT AND A FLOOR COVERING COMPRISING SUCH A FLOOR SYSTEM
A floor system comprising a floor element, wherein said floor element comprises a top layer, preferably comprising a ceramic tile, and a support layer, wherein said support layer comprises edges provided with coupling elements, wherein the system comprises at least one coupling insert adapted to interact with one coupling element of the floor element.
IMPROVED WATERPROOFING PANEL
The present invention relates to an improved waterproofing panel, comprising a plurality of sections with a predominantly flat and polygonal geometry, and said sections being enabled to be arranged and fitted one after the other in an extension of their own flat geometry; wherein each section is made up of a rigid and flat core of the same polygonal geometry as the section itself and a waterproofing sheet superimposed on the core and joined to one another, wherein the sheet is covering the core and said sheet has projections that extend and protrude from the core on two contiguous sides of the same core; so that in the arrangement of the sections one after the other, the projections of the sheet of one section are superimposed on the other adjacent section.
