Sidewalk Shed Scaffold Apparatus, System and Method
20250270827 · 2025-08-28 · ·

A sidewalk shed and system includes a plurality of columns and a plurality of major beams. Each column includes one to four column face plate assemblies, based on the application, for attachment to major beams. Each column face plate assembly comprises a column face plate, trapezoidal-shaped top and bottom gussets, and a vertical plate support, which in combination support the column face plate in a spaced-apart relation to a column. Major beam face plates attached to the opposing ends of a major beam releasably engage the column face plate assemblies using fasteners. Minor beams span opposing major beams. The minor beams may support other sidewalk shed structures, such as decking, parapets, lighting, signage, and other scaffolding.

AUTO-ASSEMBLED-AND-FOLDED SUPPORT FRAME
20250283338 · 2025-09-11 ·

A support frame that can be assembled automatically comprises multiple straight rod assemblies and multiple linkage assemblies. The straight rod assemblies are arranged at intervals in a rectangular shape. Each linkage assemblies connects two straight rod assemblies and comprises multiple upper rods, one joint seat connected to the upper rods, multiple lower rods, and one connecting seat connected to the lower rods. When the joint seat is attached to the connecting seat, the support frame and the straight rod assemblies are expanded. When the joint seat is detached from the connecting seat, the support frame and the straight rod assemblies are folded. All aforementioned actions can be easily achieved by operating a pressure ring assembly, which is already attached on the straight rod assemblies. The support frame is convenient for storage, saves transportation space, and can be automatically stacked and set up scaffolding with automated equipment.

ELEVATED WORKER SUPPORT PLATFORM WITH EXTENSION ASSEMBLY
20250341104 · 2025-11-06 ·

An elevated worker support platform includes a main platform and an extension assembly having a longitudinal sliding extension frame and an upwardly folding extension platform supported on the extension frame to provide a rigid underlying support to the extension platform while also enabling the platform to be supported at the same elevational as the main platform. A railing for use alongside the extension assembly may also be formed of rigid sections that are foldable so that the railing can extend and retract with the extension platform. The main platform may be formed in sections spanning between upright columns in which cradles formed on the top of each column receive the platform section securely and in proper alignment therein until fasteners can more securely attach the platform sections to the columns.
