Multi-use support stand
A multi-use support stand used for holding various types of building materials and used in other types of construction projects. The support stand includes a horizontal foot brace and a horizontal cross brace attached to a bottom of a vertical support post. An oblique support post is attached to a top portion of the vertical support post and a portion of the foot brace. One end of a horizontal extension arm is attached to a sliding “U” shaped channel. The channel is received around a portion of the oblique support post. A pin is received in a selected pin hole in the side of the support post for securing the sliding channel to the oblique support post. When a first and second support stands are placed next to each other, the horizontal extension arms are used for holding loads of sheet rock, plywood, bench table top, working platform, shelving, footbridge sections, dimensional lumber, and other application specific items needing to be supported horizontally or an elevated obtuse angle.
Mast Climber
A mast climber, including a mast and a platform, is disclosed. The mast is comprised of at least two segments, including a bottom segment and one or more body segments. Each segment has a sidewall that is made of sheet metal, and most segments may be made of a lightweight metal, such as a aluminum. Each segment has at least one gear rail assembly, and may have two gear rails, disposed on opposite corners of the mast. A platform is adapted to be connected to the mast. The platform is equipped with a drive system that moves the platform up and down the mast. The drive system includes one or more electric motors on the platform and batteries to power the electric motors. Each motor has a gear that engages one of the gear rails. A backup power supply or generator may be provided.

ASSEMBLY FOR ERECTING AND DISMANTLING A COMMON TOWER ADJACENT A BUILDING STRUCTURE AND A METHOD OF ERECTING AND DISMANTLING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a common tower configured to be erected adjacent a building structure into construction. The tower comprises spaced apart columns, made of vertically aligned column hollow sections, spacedly and substantially vertically positioned adjacent the building structure, and vertically spaced apart flooring structures releasably and slidably supported by the spaced apart columns using a plurality of sliders. Each flooring structure is being capable of vertical displacement when supported by the spaced apart columns. The tower further comprises an anchoring system adapted to securely engage with the building structure to maintain the spaced apart columns substantially upright, as well as protection structures adapted to surround the flooring structures. A safe and easy erection of the tower using a common tower assembly is described.
MOBILE SCAFFOLD FOR A RACKING SYSTEM AND RACKING SYSTEM COMPRISING A MOBILE SCAFFOLD
The racking system comprises at least one rack and a mobile scaffold, the scaffold comprising a frame defining opposite first and second sides, a platform carried by the frame, for supporting a person above ground, a scaffold guide member carried by the frame on the first side, a rack guide member carried by the rack which is complementary to the scaffold guide member, with the scaffold guide member releasably engaging the rack guide member such that the scaffold is retained against the rack and is guided along the rack while allowing the scaffold to be movable along the rack, and a support member carried by the frame for allowing releasable support of the frame by either one of the rack and the ground. The frame is linked to a single rack of the racking system.
