TENSION DRIVEN SCISSOR LIFT
A lift device includes a base, a platform that is repositionable relative to the base between a fully raised position and a fully lowered position, a scissor assembly coupling the base to the platform, and a booster. The scissor assembly includes a scissor layer including a first scissor arm pivotally coupled to a second scissor arm, a pulley coupled to the scissor layer, a tensile member wrapped around the pulley, and an actuator configured to vary a working length of the tensile member such that the first scissor arm rotates relative to the second scissor arm to move the platform relative to the base. A booster is positioned to engage a portion of the tensile member and apply an upward force on the scissor assembly when the platform is in the fully lowered position.

Plastic Liner for Covering a Lift Basket
A light weight plastic liner adapted for receipt over an aerial lift basket. The lift basket mounted on a wheeled boom or scissor lift. The liner includes a floor cover and four side covers for covering an inside and an outside of four sides of a frame on the lift basket. Also, the liner includes a removable door cover for covering a hinged door on the lift basket. Further, the liner includes a bungee cord in a bottom seam of the liner for holding the liner in place on the lift basket.

Outrigger for multi-function scaffold
A lightweight, multi-function scaffold includes an adjustable height platform that slidably mounts between two ladder frames and a plurality of outriggers to increase stability. The outriggers attach to the ladder frames of the scaffold and extend beyond an end of the scaffold in the longitudinal direction to increase the maximum base width. Increasing the maximum base width increases stability in the longitudinal dimension and reduces the risk of tipping the scaffold end over end when a user climbs the ladder frame to access the platform.

Mast Climber
A mast climber, including a mast and a platform, is disclosed. The mast is comprised of at least two segments, including a bottom segment and one or more body segments. Each segment has a sidewall that is made of sheet metal, and most segments may be made of a lightweight metal, such as a aluminum. Each segment has at least one gear rail assembly, and may have two gear rails, disposed on opposite corners of the mast. A platform is adapted to be connected to the mast. The platform is equipped with a drive system that moves the platform up and down the mast. The drive system includes one or more electric motors on the platform and batteries to power the electric motors. Each motor has a gear that engages one of the gear rails. A backup power supply or generator may be provided.
LOAD DETECTION FOR AN AERIAL LIFT ASSEMBLY
An aerial lift assembly is provided with a chassis. A linkage assembly is provided with a plurality of pivotally connected links. The linkage assembly is mounted to the chassis to extend and retract from the chassis. A platform is supported upon the linkage assembly to extend and retract from the chassis. A load sensor is provided upon a pivotal connection of one of the plurality of links of the linkage assembly.
