Standing seam mounting brackets
A standing seam mounting bracket and a method of using two or three to provide attachment points along a standing seam roof is provided. The standing seam mounting brackets enable complementary use of commonly-owned equipment for enabling roof maintenance and construction. The standing seam mounting brackets may be used in concert with roof jacks, roof ladders, scaffolding members and the like that are commonly owned by most contractors so as to facilitate safe and easy horizontal and vertical movement along the sloped roof.
A Modular Platform Assembly and a Method of Assembling a Modular Platform
There is disclosed a modular platform assembly including a plurality of legs (18), a plurality of floor beams (20a,b,c), and a plurality of connectors (24a,b,c,d) for connecting the legs (18) and the floor beams (20a,b,c). Each said connector (24a,b,c,d) comprises: a downwardly open blind recess (59) with a closed top end (60) and an open bottom end (62); and an upwardly open blind recess (64) with a closed bottom end (66) and an open top end (68). The legs (18) are mounted into the downwardly open blind recesses (59) of the connectors (24a,b,c,d) and the floor beams (20a,b,c) are mounted into the upwardly open blind recesses (64) of the connectors (24a,b,c,d) such that the legs (18) extend downwardly from the floor beams (20a,b,c).
ROOF-MOUNTED FALL-ARREST SAFETY DEVICE
A frame, one or more wheels rotationally attached to the frame, two or more end feet attached to opposite ends of the frame, one or more end safety tether attachments, and a flip-pole attachment. The frame straddles the roof peak so the end feet are stably positioned on opposite roof surfaces. The wheels enable the device, when flipped to its inverted position, to be rolled up and down the roof for installation and removal. The flip-pole attachment enables attachment of a flip pole for use in installing and removing the device from a ladder. And the end tether attachments enable workers to couple their safety tethers to the secured device so that if they fall their fall will be arrested for safety. In typical embodiments, an outrigger assembly is included with peak-mounting side feet for nesting on the roof peak and with side tether attachments for side attachment.
Roof material storage bracket
A system includes a plurality of storage brackets installed on a roof deck, each including a base plate, an arm and optionally a head and a receptacle. The arm is optionally rotatable. The receptacle of one of a first pair of storage brackets is configured to receive the head of another of the first pair of storage brackets. The receptacle of one of a second pair of storage brackets is configured to receive the head of another of the second pair of storage brackets. The first and second pairs of storage brackets are spaced apart from one another. The brackets are configured to receive at least one roofing material, which is positioned on the base plate of at least one of the first pair of brackets and at least one of the second pair of brackets.
Construction Devices for Roofing
A device for use in securing a ladder to a roof for use in attaching roofing panels to the roof or for inspecting panels. The device includes a main body portion having a bottom floor having a plurality of corrugation openings formed therethrough, the corrugation openings sized and configured to straddle corrugations of roofing panels while allowing the bottom floor to lie substantially flat on the panel. A plurality of fastener openings are functionally associated with the bottom floor for use in selectively securing and detaching the main body portion to the roof using roofing fasteners. In embodiments attachment member chambers contain attachment members slidably disposed therein for use in attaching the device to a roof. Methods of using the devices for installing roofing panels and inspecting panel roofs are included.

Valley roof bracket
A valley roof bracket is an adjustable V-shaped bracket having an upper cross-member upon which a triangular shaped platform may adjustably be positioned. The device may be secured to an angular side of a pitched roof.
Roofing safety system
The roofing safety system is a safety device. The roofing safety system is configured for use with a pitched roof. The roofing safety system forms an anchor point to which individuals and materials are attached during the installation of the pitched roof. The roofing safety system comprises a plurality of anchor plates, a master spar, and a shingle shelf. The plurality of anchor plates secure the roofing safety system to the pitched roof. The plurality of anchor plates attach to the master spar. The shingle shelf attaches to the plurality of anchor plates. The plurality of anchor plates removably attach to the pitched roof. Any individuals on the pitched roof are anchored to the master spar using a cord and a carabiner. Any roofing materials, such as a plurality of shingles, located on the pitched roof are secured using the shingle shelf.
