A roller system including a top roller, a middle roller, a split lower roller and a split workbench roller configured for a pump jack arranged for travelling up and down a pole, wherein the top roller includes flanges at both ends of the roller; wherein the split lower roller includes a pair of facing lower rollers, each of the pair of facing lower rollers having an outward tapered flange; and wherein the split workbench roller includes a pair of facing workbench rollers, each of the pair of facing workbench rollers having an outward tapered flange.

A scaffolding assembly adapted to be releasably attached to an elongate support member such as an overhead pipe. The scaffolding assembly has a split collar and a platform assembly adapted to be releasably attached to the split collar. The split collar comprises at least two segments which can encircle the pipe and be secured to one another. The platform assembly which includes a platform deck has a connector formation which extends laterally outwardly from the deck to an extent that it can engage a receiving formation on the collar assembly and thereby attach the platform assembly to the collar assembly.

A temporary step and support assembly includes two primary portions: an attachment member and a horizontal surface member. The attachment member preferably includes three sides for engaging a board or other fixed support, wherein the first side and the third side are disposed in parallel relation, and the second side is preferably angled upwardly from the first side to the third side. The horizontal support member, extends from the first side of the attachment member, and serves as a temporary step, so that a user may attach the temporary step and support assembly to a board or other fixed support for standing or climbing to reach a greater height in an upward direction. A walkway system includes brackets that are connectable to vertical frame members and supportable by horizontal frame members. Walkway support members include lips that engage with the brackets, horizontally-oriented portions that support a walkway member, and vertically-oriented portions that contact the building to stabilize the walkway member.

A platform assembly, such as for a utility or communications monopole, can include a central mounting bracket, such as can be configured for mounting about a monopole. One or more or at least three platforms can extend laterally from the central mounting bracket. One or more or at least three lower rails can extend between adjacent pairs of the platforms. One or more or at least three upper rails can be located above respective lower rails. A plurality of vertical mounting pipes can interconnect respective upper rails to corresponding lower rails. Such vertical mounting pipes can support the respective upper rails with respect to the corresponding lower rails. One or more or at least three corner connection plates can extend between adjacent upper rails. A vertical support pedestal can connect at least one of the corner connection plates to an underlying one of the one or more or at least three platforms.

A scaffolding assembly adapted to be releasably attached to an elongate support member such as an overhead pipe. The scaffolding assembly has a split collar and a platform assembly adapted to be releasably attached to the split collar. A precision fabrication form system for preparing a poured-concrete (with upwardly projecting anchor bolts) footing for anchorably supporting the base of an elongate, upright, structural-frame column. The system includes a reversibly stackable plurality of independent, intercooperative, fabrication-form templatesgrade, pedestal, base-plate, anchor-bolt and centerlinereversibly assembleable in a predetermined stack order above a prepared ground excavation into which concrete pouring to be associated with such a footing is to occur, certain ones of these templates being infinitely adjustable relative to one another and to the ground in both pre-pour and post-pour conditions to accommodate staged, precision, X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and pitch, roll and yaw axes dispositions for the concrete and anchor bolts in such a footing.

A scaffold that is quick and easy to assemble while still implementing safety measures. The scaffold can include end caps that resist or prevent users from falling off the ends of the scaffold. The end caps are quickly assembled to the scaffold with a removable rod and pin mechanism. Moreover, to prevent a user from falling off the front or back of the scaffold, a pole and a mid-rail connector can be connected to the scaffold across the front or back, respectively, between an upper barrier and a lower platform. The pole can be inserted through connectors that are coupled to the scaffold, and can also be connected to mid-rail brackets for additional structural stability.
