20230250652 · 2023-08-10 ·

Disclosed herein is a concrete form apparatus that can be utilized to establish a rigid perimeter within which concrete can be poured for curing. A first component of the concrete form apparatus can be composed of a flat rigid material that is rectangular in shape and includes perforations along the lengthwise dimension of the material such that, when the material is folded along the perforations, an internal cavity is formed. The second component of the concrete form apparatus can be composed of a material having dimensions sized in accordance with the internal cavity of the folded material such that the first component can be folded along the perforations in the manner described above to encapsulate the second component within the internal cavity. Adhesive layers can be applied to prevent the concrete form apparatus from separating, and layers of the concrete form apparatus can be coated with a waterproofing substance.

Modular walled spa and method of construction

Systems and methods for modular walled systems, such as modular walled spas and modular walled privacy fences and can protect pool and spa equipment from the public. In one embodiment, the modular walled system includes an outer frame disposed within a medial frame, and an inner frame disposed within the medial frame, wherein each frame includes a set of brace assemblies that connect to rebar grids. The brace assemblies may include a foot plate and threaded couplers. The wall system also provides protective room for electrical raceways and a secure anchor substrate to attach electronics, panels, boxes or lighting systems.

ALIGNMENT CLAMP AND TIE ROD CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY FOR FORMWORK PANELS

An alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) for connecting and aligning a pair of formwork panels (200) with each other is disclosed. The alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) includes a base component (502) to be disposed on a joint between a first formwork panel (200-1) and a second formwork panel (200-2). The base component (502) includes a first slot (504) formed on atop surface, and a second slot (508) formed on a front surface and adapted to receive a tie rod (406) in a lateral direction. The alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) includes a wedge (512) adapted to be received in a vertical direction in the first slot (504). The wedge (512) is inserted to lock the base component (502) on the joint and form the second slot (508) for receiving the tie rod (406).

IMPROVED FORMWORK PANEL

A frame (100) of a formwork panel (200) is disclosed. The frame (100) includes at least one stiffener profile (204) formed between two opposite edges (214) of the frame (100) and having a slanted profile. The at least one stiffener profile (204) includes a first edge (216-1) adjacent to a flat portion (202) of the formwork panel (200), and a second edge (216-2) distal from the first edge (216-1). A surface (218) of the at least one stiffener profile (204) is sloping outwards from the first edge (216-1) towards the second edge (216-2) to form the slanted profile.

COMPENSATION WALER ASSEMBLY

A compensation waler assembly (400) for connecting and aligning a pair of formwork panels (200) with each other is disclosed. The compensation waler assembly (400) includes a first bar (702-1), a second bar (702-2) disposed above the first bar (702-1), and a pair of hook sub-assemblies (704) disposed between the first bar (702-1) and the second bar (702-2). Each hook sub-assembly (704) is adapted to be engaged with one of the pair of formwork panels (200). Each hook sub-assembly (704) includes a hook-shaped portion (902) formed at one end of the hook sub-assembly (704) and adapted to be removably engaged with a slot formed in the respective formwork panel (200). The hook sub-assembly (704) further includes a distal portion (904) formed at the opposite end of the hook sub-assembly (704) and comprising a slot (706), and a locking component (708) adapted to be accommodated in the slot (706) to secure the hook sub-assembly (704) on the respective formwork panel (200).
