SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION FOR A FORMWORK PANEL
A supporting structure of plastic construction for a formwork panel, comprising a supporting structure and a formwork skin which is positioned on the front side of the supporting structure and attached to the supporting structure, wherein the supporting structure has two longitudinal edge supports and two transverse edge supports,
characterized in that the supporting structure comprises a main body made of plastic, to which the two longitudinal edge supports and the two transverse edge supports belong, and, in the region of the front sides of the two longitudinal edge supports and/or of the two transverse edge supports, has an edge protection provided for protecting at least part of the edge of the formwork skin after attachment thereof to the supporting structure, wherein the edge protection is made of a material different from the material of said supports of the supporting structure and has a portion projecting forward from the respective said support; and/or
in that the supporting structure has a main body made of plastic, to which the two longitudinal edge supports and the two transverse edge supports belong, and, in the region of the front sides of the two longitudinal edge supports and/or of the two transverse edge supports, and/or in the region of the rear sides of the two longitudinal edge supports and/or of the two transverse edge supports, has a reinforcement made of a material different from the material of said supports of the supporting structure.

PLASTIC FORMWORK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The plastic formwork includes a main member made of polypropylene, stone powder, flame retardant, and reinforcing agent mixed together, where the main member has a number of channels inside and the channels are sealed by caps. To produce the plastic formwork, polypropylene, stone powder, flame retardant, and reinforcing agent are stirred, heated, and melted together, and the mixture is driven through a mesh forming machine to produce the main member. Finally, caps are attached to the main member to seal the channels. The manufacturing process allows convenient, precise, and uniform addition of materials, thereby improving production efficiency and product stability. The formwork provides fire retardation, heat isolation, sound proof, water tightness, and reusability. Additionally, cement paste is prevented from flowing into the main member, thereby avoiding the breeding of bugs and molds.
Composite concrete structure formwork and method of fabrication
The disclosure presents a composite concrete structure formwork which comprises stay in place fiberglass profiles and reinforcement to form various building and shelter structures. The structures include an interior container maintained at a set distance within an exterior container to form a void. The void is filled with wet concrete which is allowed to cure. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

A METHOD OF MAKING MOLDED PARTS HAVING SMOOTH SURFACE AND MOLDED PARTS MADE THEREOF
The invention relates to a method of making parts of construction materials by using a mold coated with multiple resin-based layers comprising at least an epoxy resin-based primer and a polyurethane resin-based demolding layer, wherein the mold can be used for multiple cycles after curing and demolding. The invention also relates to the resin-coated mold and the cured parts of construction materials having smooth surface made thereof.
RECONFIGURABLE COMPOSITE FLOOR FORMWORK AND METHOD OF USE
The disclosure presents a reconfigurable composite floor formwork which defined by a plurality of interlocking fiberglass panels formed into profiles which may be moved and adapted to provide a concrete form for a floor or ceiling. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.
COMPOSITE SUBGRADE FORMWORK AND METHOD OF USE
The disclosure presents a formwork system which utilizes Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) panels to create modular segments to form and reinforce concrete subgrade structures. The segments may be rearranged and bonded together to conform to intended dimensions of many subgrade structures. The segments are manufactured by cast molding, bonding or vacuum forming. The segments may include integrated FRP stanchions to prevent deflection of the panels during concrete placement. The stanchions also may be used for positioning structural steel or FRP rebar. FRP bars are permanently bonded to the interior sides of the panels inside the segments. In use, the assembled segments are filled with concrete. After the concrete is cured, the segments remain in place and function as external protection and reinforcement for the cured concrete.
