Modular panel for pool walls and corresponding pool

A modular panel made of plastic material for manufacturing pool walls comprises: a generally rectangular main body of which a first surface is intended for being oriented toward the inside of the pool, the lengths of the main body defining a reference plane; a complementary body capable of being attached to a second surface of the main body and defining a hollow column intended for receiving concrete, wherein the first surface has an initial convex transverse curve on the width of the main body in a plastic injection mold, the maximum amplitude of the transverse curve relative to the reference plane being selected to compensate for all or part of the deformations that occur between the removal from the mold and the setting of the concrete, in the transverse and longitudinal directions.

Modular barrier panel and construction system

A modular barrier panel and a barrier formed therewith and methods and systems for construction of the panel and barrier. The panel includes an aboveground portion and a base portion. The aboveground portion includes a grid-like configuration having a plurality of vents that are sized to limit passage of a human therethrough but that enable viewing through the panel. The base portion includes a plurality of side-by-side, waffle-shaped sections with openings therethrough. The panels can be cast on-site, cured overnight, and immediately installed in the barrier formation. The panels are installed in a trench and the base portions are encased in concrete; the openings in the base allow the concrete to flow to both sides of the panel. Sensors, including cameras and vibration sensors, may be installed in the base section or in the foundation concrete or on the aboveground portion to detect actions on, over, or under the barrier.

FIBER REINFORCED ELONGATE PROFILED OBJECT

Elongate profiled object having a cross section, the object comprising a peripheral wall, forming a hollow profile extending in a longitudinal direction, wherein at least part of the peripheral wall is provided with a reinforcement element, and wherein the elongate profiled object is made of a thermoplastic material.

A masonry form system including a plurality of masonry form members, wherein the plurality of masonry form members may include opposing vertical side walls; and a connector mechanism on at least one end of each of the plurality of masonry form members; and wherein, the plurality of masonry form members may be configured to be connected together via the connector mechanisms. A method of using a masonry form system including providing a masonry form system, selecting and positioning the selected plurality of masonry form members based on a pre-determined plan to form a desired masonry form; and connecting the selected and positioned plurality of masonry form members together.

CONCRETE FORM SYSTEM AND METHOD
20200002960 · 2020-01-02 ·

A concrete form system including a barrier, a connection member, and a wall-base mold. In operation, two rows of barriers are connected with a connection member to define a channel for a concrete mixture. The concrete mixture is poured into the channel to form and set. The wall-base mold may be used to provide an additional extension to the channel used in construction. The wall-base mold is useful to aid in the construction of a residential building. The concrete form system is useful for providing a reusable concrete form.

STAY-IN-PLACE CONCRETE FLOOR AND CEILING SYSTEM WITHOUT STEEL REINFORCING MADE FROM RECYCLED WIND BLADES
20240084590 · 2024-03-14 ·

A building component system including a rigid plastic or fiberglass (FRP) form made from one of various shapes, an example of one such shape having an arch in each of two perpendicular vertical planes and having a plurality of protrusions configured to engage concrete poured on top of the rigid plastic form. The plastic is recycled plastic from wind turbine blades or consumer products such as plastic bottles. The plastic can be fiber reinforced such as an FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic). The system also includes concrete poured on top of the form and cured to bind to the form at least at the plurality of protrusions, thereby forming an arched ceiling for a first story of a building and a flat roof or flat floor for a second story of a building. Bridge decking is another application, for use in infrastructure.
